Good Saturday morning! Slept in today. It was grand after struggling to get up every day this week.

Good Tuesday morning OKP!!!! To me, January is the longest month of the year, so I'm always happy when it's about to end.

Good morning Oh Kee Pa. Another Saturday, another cup of coffee. Planning on making some chicken soup tomorrow. An old recipe that came from a friend of my mom and is a family favorite. Haven't had it in years and can't wait to taste it. Friends are coming for our semi-annual souperbowl dinner.

Hope all is well and lottery requests come back granted.

Souperbowl... Love it.

I'm not particularly interested in the big game this year. I'll have it on in the background, but it won't dominate my attention today.

It has been an excellently low key weekend, and that is just what I needed.

I played some disc golf, focused on the band this weekend, prepping the next couple of gigs ... watching the game with Mom today!

Happy Sunday 8-)

Pretty damn good Super Bowl. Usually it's just the 2nd half of these games that's good but this one was solid from start to finish. Can't complain. I also missed every second of Timberlake's halftime show and was watching Ali/Fraser III on ESPN2 during the commercials so I missed most of those too. I couldn't be more proud.

Got a Greensky Detroit weekend coming up with Greensky Bluegrass on Friday and Saturday and Monday off. Just gotta get there.

Good snow day morning. The soup was perfect. I made a ton, so I still have some for today, while I'm snowed in. Have to think about getting out for round one of shoveling soon.

Ug, pulled my back bad somehow while sleeping on Thurs morning and I'm not sure I can hit the Greensky show tonight. Being in the midst of Deathstorm 2018 with 5-9 inches expected today doesn't help either. At least work has let me work from home the last few days which is pretty cool. Hopefully I'm feeling better for the Saturday show.

Got my Dick's holds, though! Yay!

^ Bummer about your back. Feel better!

I got snowed in, so I'm also working from home this morning. We have about 5 inches of accumulation right now, but it is supposed to keep snowing for the next 13 hours. Not quite Snowmageddon, but still enough that I know I am not leaving my house for the next 24 - 36 hours. Good thing I stocked up on the essentials.

Wish we would get some snow days here in St. Louis, especially with being a teacher. Always look forward to having a few snow days but then I get all worked up everytime there is a chance and we end up not getting hit at all or very little.
It's crazy though even though we don't get what the north and Ne get being in the Midwest always can count on some good snow fall, but just heard yesterday We have not had a snow plow out in 2 yrs now save for salting.

Good morning. No snow here in Texas. Cold today though.

At 10:00 there were no pit tickets available for Austin. At 10:03 the search didn't work at all. Clicking on Platinum tickets led to a separate page selling the exact same reserved $65 tickets for $185. WTF?

As of now, I can't make the show anyway. Just looking for tickets for fun.

Good morning! Shot an ace on the disc golf course today. Played a fun gig last night. It's all downhill from here. Well, at least daylight is getting longer. But then it's only gonna shorten again come November. Welp, it's been a good life dudes.

^ That's the spirit. I played some disc golf on Saturday, in knee deep snow. It was arduous, but very satisfying. I hadn't left the house in 48 hours and felt snowed in. I needed to get out of the house, and that was the only think I could think of, aside from going to a movie.

LOL. That cracked me up...I guess I'm better prepared than I realized as I have plenty of Hurricane Chow as well.

And, man, they weren't kidding about the snow. Snowed all day from 6am to 6pm on Friday (luckily I was allowed to work from home) and then almost all day on Saturday until around 4pm, though there was much less. Due to my back and the snow, I missed Friday's Greensky show but I made myself drive there on Saturday even though the roads were total shit and I was wondering if it was worth it as I was driving there. Had a good time, though.

Morning, OKP. Not much going on this weekend...need to replace the cover on one of the mirrors on my new Prius (knocked it off while backing out of the garage, doh) but otherwise I have a clear weekend. Looking forward to relaxing and doing very little (but maybe some laundry). Just had a free Umphrey's stream last night which was sweet.
