I'm going to see Sam Moore sing tonight!

If you don't know who that is google him.

nice! the people at the beer tent were like "why are so many of you from Michigan?" so we were like "well they're playing here and Toronto, and now that its such a pain to cross the border..."

you can't really see that band and the stage from so far away, but i think this vid really captures the atmosphere of the show...

that venue is nutty. too bad teh Phish could never play there... Kruoda would go mental!

I'm pretty sure I saw a UFO land and extraterrestrials come for me last time I saw PGroove. Fun times in the middle of nowhere ought-six.

Tomm night Leo Kottke is playing a small outdoor amp here in the Lou. I may have to go  Apparently they built a small amp in the west county(suburbs) area where the custies live. kind of a strange place for a venue here, imo. Maybe some custie cougars though ;)

shit there is some music to be seen in da souf next few weeks...wish I could do em all

Jimmy Herring Band 10/18 Chattaboogie
Mule in ATL and Macon
Mickey Hart 10/19 ATL (decided I'm definitely doing this)
Those Chris Robinson Brotherhood shows in Charleston
STS9 in ATL close to Halloween...I think this might take priority over Primus, I didn't like em at all the first time I saw em but I've gotten into Lotus and they're similar...mostly had to do with being a big outdoor venue and being in the back the first time I saw them I think, I wanna give em another shot and indoors at the Fox sounds like a recipe for success
rather be on tour..

Just saw Mickey Hart a little bit ago. Was an interesting show for sure.

No, Levi, go to STS9!!!

Shows I will be attending this year, if all goes well:

10.26 and 27- STS9 at THE FOX (first time they have ever played this amazing venue. It's like, you know how Phish and LSD go together like ice cream and warm cobbler? Well, this is like that. STS9, FOX, doses...) Can't wait!!! Tickets ordered... See you there, Levi.

11.5- Victor Wooten/Jimmy Herring Band, Asheville, NC (thanks for the reminder, Levi... This is also a wonderful, wonderful, blissfully wonderfully wonderful combination [WITH HORNS]). Hope to get tickets soon! IMO, best bassist and best guitarist alive...together...with horns. Did I mention there will be horns. And a HUGE ceiling fan.

12.15- X-mas Jam WITH STRING CHEESE MOTHERFUCKING INCIDENT!!! (shutup, Brett.) YAYYYY!!!! Oh, and horns. I'm HOPING that ARU and the DTST Band WITH O.B. will be added. And there will be horns, once again. Oh yes. I love horns. Tickets ordered...

12.31- WSP in Charlotte. I love WSP. I love WSP on New Years. Sorry haters. It's close. It's affordable. It's basically their only electric show all year. AND, I can't afford NYE MSG NYC, no matter how much I wish I could, and I hope all that are going have a much better show than last year!

This is turning out to look like an awesome winter. Where's my Early 2013 Phish Tour dates?????

prob goin to EOto tomorow

I got put on the list +1 for hanging up a few posters. they're charging 20 bucks for tickets this tour so it'd seem like more of a waste if I didn't go.

I don't really enjoy their music but its a chance to get into town for a night and interact with some humans I guess.

got awesome seats for zappa plays zappa on dec20 too, pretty psyched for that.

I'm going to this too for pretty much the same reason. I'd like to see Phish but the moneys not there. Well it is but it would hit me pretty hard. I can be in uptown Charlotte in 45 minutes.

See you there

Well I have plans to make it too a few shows but not sure if that will work out.

Green Day March 28th
Dalai Lama in May(not a show but we will count it)
Pearl Jam July 19th (my bday)

Other than that hopefully make it too a couple phish shows and the festival.
