I love this show, in my top 5 for sure. the YEM jam is just unbelievable, perhaps the best YEM IMO. Also got to love that encore throwing A-Train right in the middle of cavern, fun stuff.
Anybody ever listen to this YEM? Sounds like a crowded stage.
YEM does sound pretty crowded. In one part you can hear Trey telling the horns what harmony to play. He’s saying 7 7 7, 5 5 5. Then they play it. Great show start to finish. Stash, Foam, Maze, Jim->MFMF->Manteca->MFMF, Poor Heart, and Ya Mar are all really good. Trey sounds like hes been drinking.
The most recent version of Glide is played more accurately than this version to my ears. For what it’s worth.
