First set has a ton of potential for absolute rocking until Taste came around. Hit bit of a wall at this point, although the Tube was definitely nice. By the time they started up Waste, I felt I would be asleep.

Second set is definitely a lot stronger, with excellent flow throughout. First encore is entertaining but sloppy. Harry Hood is a great period on the night though.

Worth a listen.

You’re burning through these too quick for me to keep up Will, but I’m gonna try to jump on '99 tour with you as much as I can.

I started listening to this last night. I can’t get the second set to load on my iPod, so I might get to it tonight.

Kind of a standard first set. Rocking Chalkdust. They take Gumbo out for a bit of a stroll. Nothing too fancy, but they keep the energy going. Sparkle = meh. I thought that Taste was quite tastey…it hits a real nice peak at the end. Real nice. Probably the highlight of the first set, imho. You also get an early Meatstick, and I’m sure it would have been good fun if you were there, but it is also pretty sloppy and just not a very good version overall. Nothing too offensive going on in this set, but nothing too amazing either. I’d score it a 3/5, but without that Taste it would probably be a 2.
