several bustouts: The Landlady (last played December 3, 1994, or 768 shows), Birdwatcher (June 28, 2012, 134 shows), Keyboard Army (December 14, 1995, 684 shows), and Once In A Lifetime (October 31, 1996, 634 shows). Scent of a Mule and NO2 featured Fish on Marimba Lumina. Frankenstein featured Page on keytar. Down with Disease and Harpua were unfinished. Piper included a quote of Rocking Down The Highway. Harpua included narration about Jimmy being a guy from the east coast coming west, having a breathing problem, and needing an oxygen tank (with Trey sucking from an oxygen tank). Trey then said “I wonder if I should’ve gotten the oxygen in the lot after the show.” Harpua also contained a Glass Onion quote with Trey saying the Walrus was Page. Your Pet Cat included narration from Mike about eating Poster Nutbag. Once In A Life Time contained Harpua quotes. This show featured the Phish debut of United We Stand. During Harpua, Trey mentioned that people writing down the setlist would want to only count Harpua once (by doing this, the encore spelled out THANK YOU).

AMAZING WAY TO END AN AMAZING TOUR!

Nice Triple Post.

I’m pretty stoked to get my first Landlady, as they had stopped playing it outside of Punch You In the Eye prior to my 1st show.

This encore was pretty much a 3rd set, and it was glorious.

Epic… just epic… Words fall short in trying to describe that encore…

United we stand almost had me tear up. Almost.

I am assuming its that song from the 60s? “United we stand, divided we fall, and if our backs should ever be against the wall, we’ll be together…” That’s what’s been stuck in my head.

Um… I thought that song was uber cheesy.

I thought the entire summer and weekend were something special.

We are so lucky to still be doing this all together.

I, like everyone else, have a new found appreciation for these guys right now.

Dicks was great.

That was the perfect encore.

Great ending.

Thought the song choice was spot on.

If you want to hear cheesy…

^ so the original version was cheesy and the cover of the cheese was also cheesy.

Definitely cheesy, but I still loved it. Trey is getting sentimental in his old age.

I liked the cover. Better than the original, IMO…

I love a good bit of cheesiness now and again

Wouldn’t want the song to enter rotation but I thought it worked perfectly in the moment.

I thought the encore was almost a direct result of the experience in Chicago for the Dead thing

I thought it was awesome to hear Trey talk like that, really awesome to hear that kinda thing when they’re in a good place and not born out of sadness…Sucks that some of their biggest followers just laugh at them when they try to be serious- I guess that’s the price you pay when the basis of their being is in hilarity

That Disease though.

Disease was awesome, a lot of the jams reminded me of the stuff they were doing on fall tour in 2013 which is ok by me if they wanna explore that style some more

Disease was pure bliss. Loved the return to that theme in Piper. Was raging it hard with the Mike Side OKP crew

dang yoni such a near miss ! so glad i did get to see my OKPeople on such a beautiful weekend

i’ve been really obsessed with the DIsease since tour ended as well. i love how they kinda search and find that perfect ascending/descending melody. even when they find it there’s nothing repetitive at all but instead they’re dancing around it.

loved Landlady. felt like a gnarly monster for Saw It Again :smiling_imp: also really really love the flow of Steam>Piper>2001.

the encore, there’s almost no words. but i feel like brett… something special going on around this band and little world right now. to celebrate i brought us all an order of Cheddardogs!
