PYITE had a flub or two but whatever, I love pyite, especially as an opener. I’ve never heard a gin I didn’t like. Great Caspian. My Problem Right There is getting better. Glad to hear the whale during tube, I was starting to miss it. Although I made a >< not again face when Mike’s started Trey took this one up up and away before >The Horse. Thumbs up, can’t wait to hear the next night.

I think this show has tons of energy. The Bathtub Gin and especially the Stash are some of the better 3.0 jams. The second set doesn’t venture too far from the beaten path, but the playing is tops. It reminded me of early 90’s Phish where the ‘jams’ weren’t type 2 but were awesome segments of musical tension and release. The Mike’s was definitely old-school Mike’s…Trey just lit it up and the tempo was nice and fast.

Can anyone think of a better Mike’s from 3.0?

this show was sick…tons of fun and a lot of energy…plus it was nice to walk back to the hotel after the show…had a very Hampton-esque feel.

mike’s> Tela> Harpua> Killing In the Name Of> Harpua> Weekapaug ??

^ I would agree that the ATL Mike’s Groove was better as a whole, but this Mike’s Song is def. better than the ATL one. As for this show i had an amazing time, was alot of fun, high energy. So many songs too! My Highlights were definitely Gin, Stash, Antelope, Disease, Tube, Slave, and Mike’s. Weekapaug was solid but i felt like if they had given it 2 more min it would’ve been soring. This Stash though had me FREAKING OUT (good way). Just the super dark, evil jam i have really been chasing. Although they were rough comin out of the jam it was still amazing, and they flowed with the mistakes well.

First Timers: Bill Bailey, Won’t You Please Come Home?, My Problem Right There.

Yeah the Mike’s itself was definitely better in SC.

This show is phenomenal.

The Twist is the first song in a long while where I broke up the flow of the show to listen to a track again. Trey is absolutely playing beautifully on this one, and I am not really a big Twist fan to begin with.

Slave to the Traffic Light was also a real gem, to go with the Broomfield one, this may be the MVP/underdog of the tour.

Twist did not excite me very much. I liked Broomfield’s more, but in light of your praise, Will, I’m going to listen to the sbd.

Good call Will, You call 'em like you see 'em…errrr…hear.

Yeah I had to give this show another listen, because even though I was at this show after 2 days of driving, shitty traffic on friday, we actually didn’t get into the show until the 3rd song, so I wasn’t settled how I normally like to be at shows. anyway, the first set had alot of energy, i’ve listened to the beginning of that possum numerous times, fishman just keeps the beat going. Bill Bailey was a nice treat as was dog faced boy. my highlight might of been that stash. the 2nd set started off good with a nice dwd, but here we go again with that caspain. I’ve gave up on why they continue to play that song right after 2nd set opener. The mike’s and slave were highlihghts in the 2nd set.
thses two shows remind me of Alpharetta, both second nights overshadowed how good the first night’s were.imo

I say YUCK to all the shit left on the ground.

yea I always think that is complete bull shit. Take out what you bring in.

it didn’t show up in the picture but by then end of that show there was a straight up half-inch deep surface of spilt beer/schwill.

i ducked down to grab a glowstick from the floor in the second set and…eeeeeeewwwwwww

Anybody notice how many Bill’s are in this show?

Highway Bill in Unbound
Buffalo Bill
Bill Bailey

I thought there was another. Triple Bill or Quadruple Bill? I thought that was funny. They should have played Fuck your Face and Billy Breathes first set. haha
