I like this show a lot too. I think the first set has a great collection of tunes and this Reba is stunning. The first 5 songs of the second set are amazing. This 2001 has a nice extended intro and this is when they really start to take this tune for a walk and play around with some of the funkier parts. Simple always has been and always will be one of my favorite jam vehicles. This one starts off nice and mellow and purty and then slowly turns to this heavy groove with a lot of clav and Mike bombs. I still think Swept->Steep is a great way to come out of a big jam, though it’s getting a little played out during this tour. And again it’s followed by a stellar Mule. All the versions from this tour feature some really cool Trey stuff. The Tweezer is fun, though limited in exploration due to the guest sit-in. Llama second set closer is tops as is Johnny B Goode in the encore.
