Setbreak Video: Half-hour montage of Phish since 1988 or so (practicing "Fluffhead," which ends when Trey breaks a string; Fishman drumming; young Page; Oh Kee Pa video; Halloween, festivals, and NYE footage, etc.; ends with an editor credit, and "We'll be back... in fifteen minutes")

E: Bug

Notes: * - lyrics flubbed; ** - ended with "Banana Splits" theme (presumably after noticing someone with a large banana balloon in the row immediately behind the stage); *** - screen lowered behind band; # - first line of "Mike's Song" ("Trapped in time, and I don't know what to do") sung in place of the first line of "Tweezer Reprise"; ## - mini vocal jam and delay loop; Trey drops to ground each time "stand up" is said; ### - with mini "duel" between Trey and Page during Page's organ solo;

GREAT SHOW! Hood had great interplay between the four. Cavern has flubbed lyrics by Trey. Piper was nice. The Type I DWD absolutely SHREDDED, awesome version. Frank-Kung-Stein. Sick, 16-min Maze. They’ve got the Anniversery video on Youtube, pretty cool stuff.

Great jam to close “Rock and Roll,” too!!!

I had almost forgotten about this show… My third show and my first back-to-back show (I was also in Albany on 12/1)

The two covers I wanted to hear more than anything were Boogie On and Cities, so needless to say I was pretty excited when they were together. The setbreak video was great and I loved the Tweeprise finishing up the previous night’s Tweezer. Frankenstein->Kung->Frankenstein is probably the trippiest thing I’ve ever seen at a show, and I wasn’t even on any drugs.

I am on the fence, either I really dislike this show, or I love it. On one hand, it sounds like Trey is all over the place - see intros into Paug, Tweeprise. DWD is all over the place. But I may just be hearing Trey’s awesomeness. R&R, Frankkungstein, and even DWD are killer. I will have to listen to this one again right away…a lot of what I’m hearing is what makes me love Phish.

I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo spun’d at this show.

We took a short cut leaving the parking garage and went down the up ramp, eating dorritos, and it was awesome.

I liked this show a lot, everyone was so pissy afterwards. Weird little mini tour. Not the best, but a fun way to spend a few fall days between Thanksgiving and X-mas

Interesting tidbit: This is the last show until tomorrow’s Portsmouth show where Tweezer was played in the previous show without a Reprise.

:clap:

And is there a “Cold Rain and Snow” jam somewhere in this show? “Rock and Roll?”
