yea i was wondering when he played them on BSM, i have that and the vegas dvd and know he plays them on that one, but i just meant some more times, i love when they switch instruments and do different things

How does this mp4 thing a ma jig work. I’ve never downloaded a video and I’m seriously considering this for this new release. Do I have to have a DVD burner or something? Can someone point me in the direction. Thanks.
I don’t think we’re complaining about the release. This is a killer show. We just wish there was more variety with the releases like there was with the LivePhish CD series.
The Roxy '93 release is cool, though…
I wish they’d bring back the LP series. Even though they’ve continued to release great stuff since they’ve stopped it, there was just something about that whole concept that I enjoyed.

Yeah, I wish I had snapped up all 20 of them in the original plasticy slipcase dealies. And had the big three ring binder. I loved the continuous artwork idea and something about the design of the package always appealed to me.
I wish they’d bring back the LP releases too that was around the time when I started to collect shows really heavily. I remember when I saw the first release for the first time in a store. It was a dream come true and now they just do it online :-[ It’s crazy about the MSG 12- 30- 97 Release. i had been listening to it off and on when they announced that they were selling it on phish.com Crazy and kind of creepy.

I just remember walking out of there, that was the best encore ever, and for those who missed it the first time (half my crew was late getting in, suckas) that they got to hear Sneakin’!!
I think there’s no question 12.29 is better musically.
12.30 is better for “legendary” status and bustout quality. And I can understand how being in attendance for 12.30 could have been more fun and meaningful.
I guess the first reason I like 12-29 is that it has a sick aud available.
I really dig the first set, with great versions of Fluffhead and Run like an Antelope. I’m not a huge fan of set two though. Either way, this release will be sweet.
Yeah I was at both shows and would have to say second night was much better than first night…but hey good music is good music and good phish means so many different things
set 2 on 12-31 was the best played set of the run IMHO! :o
I’m planning on ordering the 2009 calendar so maybe I’ll pick this up, too.
I’m digging these NYE 97 releases… so funky! mmmm mmmm I definitely want some 99 live phish to happen for sure.
This was a nice surprise for me. I’ve been crazy busy lately, and wasn’t aware this was being released until I noticed it on livephish.com yesterday. 
Great show indeed. Don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll be releasing some '99 next year (ending with the ten year anniversary release of Big Cypress, I hope).
