[1] Sung by Fish and the crowd for his daughter Ella.

Teases:
· The Birds quote in Birds of a Feather
Notes: This show was webcast via Live Phish. BOAF contained a quote of The Birds. During I Didn’t Know, Trey introduced Fishman as “The Man Mulcahy.” The crowd sang the last verse of I Didn’t Know, and Fish then asked the crowd to join him in singing Happy Birthday to his daughter, Ella. The third set began with the band on a second stage beneath a funnel-shaped screen suspended from the ceiling. As the band jammed, part of the screen descended and became an hourglass shape surrounding the stage, on which a series of images were projected. As the jam continued and the countdown to midnight approached, the band returned to the main stage.

No Man’s Land is Magnaball level jamatron.

Love this first set, really fun I Didn’t Know.

Second set is not my favorite, but it finished strong with that twist.

Third set is amazing up to and including Bowie. Nothing wrong with the final trio, but it grasped the energy right out of my speakers. NMINML > ALS > BO is the stuff of legends.

And a short, but really sweet encore.

Pretty great show.

I watched some of the couch cast, IDK was AMAZINGLY fun to witness. I was so into that moment. And I always love the vacuum.

Vacuum > Tramps

First time I’ve ever seen BO mean something other than body odor, or Luke Duke referring to his cousin in all caps when he’s angry with him.

That Wolfman’s peak though
