I’m going to keep an eye out for that.
I love Trey’s narration before “Shine:”
“…I might as well tell you the reality of the situation here…”

^ Listen to what Fishman says after they play “Shine”.
It’s kinda hard but you’ll crack up.
Is it the “Whoa what a nightmare” thing?
Rhapsody Listeners it is on Rhapsody
Yeah! ;D
What a nightmare it would be.
That is funny
This was the first live release i’ve had so far where I thought Fishman’s kick drum was turned way up. It seems much louder then most of the show’s I own.
Actually, I thought it was pretty sweet that Tom Marshall is the one singing Shine!
I’m still popping it in every other show I listen too. The quality of the mix is TOP NOTCH! I don’t have another live show that is this lifelike to me. Maybe Slip Stitch Pass… When I play it on a GOOD stereo, at a high volume it makes me feel like i’m really there.
They are supposed to release these shows like Dick’s Picks on JEMP Records… BRING IT ON!!
^Do you know who gets to pick the show that will be released?
^ I read that Page was at the helm for most of the live Phish releases, maybe him?
I know that they all have some say and all make suggestions of shows to release. Not positive though.
I’m sure the Phab Phour put in their $0.02 or they might have the final say… not positive either
You can’t beat this disc for sound quality… giving me chilllllllzz
I’ve got this phillips system with a good low bass… thumpin’
Wasn’t LP 18-22 [after the Halloween releases] “Mike’s Picks”?
I thought that was the case… Maybe I am incorrect…
LP 17-20 I believe are based on Mikes Journals…and I thought that Mike always had his hand in the archival release basket more than any of the other cats…maybe it’s Page though…I assume none of us really know the inner-workings of the phish enterprise, so we’ll just let them figure it out.
I got New Year’s 95 today. I had IT DVDs (from Christmas) to return since I already have them. They came from Circuit City. They did not have the 1995 CDs there, and, even worse, they had no idea what I was talking about. I took the gift card and went to another Circuit City later. They also had no idea what I was talking about. The computer assured them that three copies were around somewhere, so they found them eventually. That place is completely out of order. Oh well. I got my CDs anyway, and they are damn good.
welp, it’s official: this “Weekapaug Groove” is my favorite version. The only other one that I can think of that comes close is either Island Tour or Worcester '98.
I went in search of it yesterday and couldn’t find it anywhere. I went all over town, about six stores and no one had it. I tried Barnes and Nobles first because I think the manager of that place is a Phishead. He has to be, my local B&N has a huge collection of Phish studio and live albums, and they have all the DVD’s along with just about every GD DVD out… That’s my favorite store to say the least, but was very dissapointed when they didn’t have it. I’ll have to check back next week sometime and see if they got any.
I went to the livephish.com website to check out the video stuff they just released.
When I went to the show they have reviews part in the lower lefthand corner. This was the 2nd review and well I couldn’t agree more.
I laughed my ass off.

Reba…wow. Be sure you’re wearing a diaper when you listen to this one…its that good
I just got NYE 95 the other day, but what’s all this talk of a NYE 95 sticker everyone got? I didn’t get one of those, was it only the pre-orders?
