In case you haven’t read a newspaper in a couple days, Iceland has pretty much went bankrupt and the central government has collapsed.

I remember reading that Iceland’s Gov’t melted down, and I read some complicated article explaining why, but all I gleaned from it was that their previous administration failed to regulate their income. Anybody care to explain in layman’s terms?
