DON’T YOU GET IT!? They have a clean slate. There are no probabilities, or earlier tour(s) to study. They won’t bust something out because it hasn’t been played in a few months. Try to wrap your mind around the potential of an event not happened. It may very well be the most exciting Phish moment ever (that hasn’t occurred)! To say that we are owed some quality nostalgia isn’t such a leap. Except for Paige we have made the other 3 extremely wealthy and allowed them the freedom to pursue whatever endeavor they choose. Is it asking too much to throw a dog a bone after 5 fucking years and with months to rehearse not to fuck it up? I have done whole tours on far less than what these tix cost me! I know Phish has always been a beacon for alternative / counterculture types, and one would think that they (the band) would have better avoided this ticketmaster fiasco, or would have tried harder to not allow the inevitable transfer of 70% of the tickets to brokers. This has been a complete dis to the whole Phish community. Yes to do a tour you need Ticketmaster, but 50% mail order seems like a good idea to me. I hope they are not so narcissistic to appreciate the sacrifice their fans make in life, and opportunity costs to go see them. Do not forget the addictions in the crowd are much more profound than with Trey or Kuroda. So I feel that they do owe it to us to string some of their golden oldies together. I have no problems with new stuff but it should be wrapped in a lot of the material that made us fans since the beginning. (First show December 10, 1992). Peace

The more I think about it, the more I think Fluffhead would be an awesome first song. While the crowd is going mad they just keep repeating the intro, and then break into the actual song, it would be a perfect moment

Fluffhead would be an awesome first song, but I highly doubt it will happen. If Fluffhead is played, it’ll be at the end of a set, or as an encore.
