Mine would have to be the Stone Temple Polits Core.

…I think it would have been sometime in 1996 or 1997.
Or course, I remember them all.
The first one was The essential Jean-Michel Jarre by Jean-Michel Jarre in 1988
The second was Revolutions by Jean-Michel Jarre
I was still buying vinyl at this point too but thought that Jarre’s eurosynth stylings could best be appreciated in digital.
I think then i bought Live in the City of light by Simple Minds and at that point stopped buying Vinyl…
Until a few years ago when i started buying vinyl again.

I believe the first tape I ever bought was Off the Wall by Michael.
i took a lot of my older sis’s tapes and cd’s, how i got my copies of “a live one” “picture of nectar” and “lawn boy”, thank god for my sis
