solid looking show, cant wait to hear this second set.

nice set list

this shit looks toight. like a toiger.

Wow, what a masterpiece, at least on paper. Perfect mix of old and new shit. I am really excited to hear SIHTOS.

^yea exactly…dare i say this is the best setlist on paper of the tour

What’s up guys…Just got back from the show. What a blast!! I had sweet pavilions and the boys were straight up rockin tonight. Be sure to check out that first set Split Open and Melt…huge tension and release…great version. Fluffhead was obviously great, but the first set was mixed with a variety of old and new songs. Wedge, ACDC Bag, Stealing Time, BDTNL…etc.

Lightning then surrounded the venue. This wasn’t ordinary lightning. This was straight up in your face nasty see the veins lightning. Page came out and annouced that everyone in the lawn head back to your car as their is severe storms in the area. Boos started. Page then said wait a minute we’ll be back at 11 this storm is going to blow by. Anyways loooooong set break. How long will they let them play? No one knew…not even security around us.

10:59 boom the boys hit the stage with a killer ASIHTOS with some ambience jam a la Knoxville > Drowned…Rager > Twist…Woooo…Got the breathe down with Let me Lie. Then back at it with a sweet Tweezer> 2001 , Suzy and Possum. What a show!!

Listen to the boards I swear they were teasing the hell out of Crosseyed and Painless in Drowned. I swore they were going to play it right after Drowned. Fish even pulled his microphone around as I thought it was coming, but alas Twist, which I still loved!!

Sleeping Monkey was beautiful…Fishman hit all the high notes…And a rocking Tweeprize.

Also the boys were in a real playful mood. Of course the lawnboy antics. But trey also said give it up for Jonny B. Fishman. Mike even went to the mic once anounced Trey as Sweetie Pie? on guitar. Man they are having a blast! Me too!

Time to get some rest and head to Alpine!!! See you all there.

SKEEPILIGN MOKEYM YESSSS!!!

wow great setlist, i cant wait to hear this show

One of my favorite encores ever. Man I was a-fuuct up last night. Can’t wait to hear it!

Just started listening through, I am SOOO pumped they did water in the sky fast!

^ i hope they keep mixing it up. i really like the slow version and never got to see one of those live. the fast version is good too though.

This was my first Noblesville show, I loved it. Five years was too damned long to see the boys live, the whole show rocked, met some great people from Ann Arbor at Dead Creek and hung out with them at the show great time were had by all. Looking forward to hearing the show once I download it. It was one of the best shows I’ve ever been to.

wow. Ocean Sing>Drowned>Twist made the freakin night right there! they sure know how to rock the Creek!!

looks like a good setlist. look foward to hearing. im always down for a good SOAMelt

I don’t understand why they name it Noblesville Jam, isn’t it just part of drowned?

^ They do that with Drowned sometimes. Look at 6/4 JB, they did the same thing. It was a great jam too.

I can’t say enough about this show, and hearing The Connection made by day. One thing, though…

Does anyone know what was up with the sound quality near the end of Set 1 and beginning of Set 2? There’s an awful swirling sound on the cymbals, and things wobbling around the stereo field, indicative of a pair of stereo mics moving around and putting the two channels out of phase. I was sure this was an issue with the audience recording (maybe the guy was moving to avoid the rain), but listening to the LivePhish samples, the same problem is all over the second set, plus weird problems with drum tone I usually associate with something covering the mic!

My only guess would be wind/rain issues onstage blowing things around (particularly Fish’s overhead cymbal mics), but to the best of my knowledge the band stayed dry. I wonder what happened.

Wow. Looks like I picked the right night for my first ever show. The playing, the pacing, the song selection, the amount of fun the guys were having; it was all top notch perfect. I didn’t even care that I was a drowned rat by the end of the night.

Best second set/encore of the tour. The first set dragged in places but the Fluffhead fucking ruled.
