A day in the life of OKP members... pictures

Man, I can’t tell you how much I would feel at peace with life/God/EVERYTHING if I could sit on that ridge without much effort everyday. W have similar ridges, but there’s just SOMETHING about all of the pictures you have posted over the years…

I’ve always said it, and I’ll say it again, though you don’t get to have Phish play over there a lot, You’ve really got it made, my friend. You have always been an enlightened soul, and I’m sure I know why. Many handshakes sent your way! Seriously Glenn, we should trade places for a year.

I love the name Scully…nice

Glenn,

X-Files?

Hey man…sorry…didn’t even notice this post.

She’s actually a shtizu/yorkie (shorkie). So she’s kind of got the yappiness of a yorkie and the “intelligence” of shitzu…but man is she a friendly little dog.

Glenn, your pictures are unreal. I can’t get over the wild horses in particular. What region of England are those taken in? I actually got all interested in England’s different regions and such back when you posted some stuff from a really cool place, I believe it was called the Burrator. I did a bunch of reading on it, but as a pot-smoker, my memory is not my strongest asset. I’d like to learn more about it though, it seems like a place that I would really like.

^Wild horses are awesome, just pure awesome… Yeah, Glenn, start a blog, I love the photos you post, and still just your 5 mp camera? WOW, nice work!

nice “bike”

There is a riding joke in there somewhere, but I’ll refrain…

See now, that is a fucking VIEW~~~~ :open_mouth:

Just took a photo from my sister’s place in Beantown. This looks north into my old Alma Mater:

Some what gray-day but a welcomed change after 90F and sunny … xD

From the end of the Maryland section of the Appalachian trail, this nice little lookout offers a pretty sweet view of the Shenandoah river (i think, either that or the Potomac). Went on a three day hike this past summer with two friends.

Here’s some more pictures from the hike…

Got lost on the first day, ended up on this farmland. There was a vast orchard (like 10 minutes walking each side, SO BIG!) that we wandered into. This neat looking house was on the edge of the orchard. We walked along one edge of the plot, with railroad tracks on the other side, sorta trapping us in. We walked until we reached the edge, turned left, and found our way back onto a road and then back to the trail!

We filled our water bottles up from this mountain spring early on during the second day. Water tasted so yummy! Something about getting it straight from the source that makes it extra crisp.

On the third, and final day, we started out with a grueling 1+ mile uphill, I was not properly hydrated, and had to stop halfway up. Anyway, when we got to the top for some meditation, this thick fog covered the whole valley. We wondered if there were people who lived in the strange fog that surrounds. Indeed there were!

Sure was neat to watch the fog recede.

Hope ya’ll enjoy the pictures…

What a difference a Day makes …

^Indeed Pei!

^^I did y0n, thanks for sharing.

Here’s a pic of me and one of best friends dogs, Tilley. Love her SO much!

The three of us road tripped to Burlington a few weeks ago and it was such a fun time with her.

I love it.

^^ yea that’s a sweet photo; she seems like a real sweetheart!

Thanks guys, if any of you folks are headed to MD, maybe you’ll get to meet her this summer

You need to be headed to NJ for a show, so I can meet all of you.

Bill,

Meeting you has moved up a few spots and I hope we make it happen someday!
