So, I came home last night… nest was gone, eggs remained.
If the situation is the same when I get home tonight, they will be getting the heave-ho. I feel terrible about that though… Do I want to live with the idea they may hatch in a garbage pile? Should I just get some bacon and have a breakfast? Do I roll them in my palm as serenity balls?

They are very small. In general, I’m not a huge fan of eggs, and there is definitely not enough to make an omelet.
That’s crazy…I just watched that episode last night!
Honestly if it is pigeons, I would say there is not really anything you can do, unless they have been kept warm they might be expired anyhow.
Put them in a nice sunny area out of the way and see what happens!

I threw them out after two days of sitting on my balcony with no remnant of a nest in sight.
The birds were done with them.

a few years ago my brother got chased by a vicious bird out for his blood down the street for a half block. the bird stopped chasing him when he fell to the ground and startled the creature into flying away. He had serious scratches all over his body, and huge scrap on one of his knees.
Thing is, a week earlier we had been playing baseball in the backyard (wiffle bat + tennis ball kinda thing) and the ball has gotten stuck in the tree. We couldn’t get the ball out, so he went inside and got a metal bat. One the second swing to try and knock it out, THUD! he hit bird head on.
We’re pretty sure it was the same bird.
So beware.

i was on my way someplace, this was a few weeks ago, so i’m a bit fuzzy on the details… but anyways… somehow i started riding the black one you posted & it started growing & turned into a giraffe, but still looked like the horse w/different proportions HAHA it was cool & i’m thinking it was in an urban area & i was looking down at all these ppl like back up off my wild horse giraffe HAHA

Spent the last 3 days flying over the coast in a Cessna 207. My organization has been doing aerial surveys from Mexico to Point Conception above Santa Babara recording GPS locations of boats and their activity in state waters.
Highlight of the weekend was this blue whale!
