WARNING TO PARENTS

A form of tattoo called “Blue Star” is being sold to school children.
It is a small piece of paper containing a blue star. They are the
size of a pencil eraser, and each star is soaked with LSD.

THE DRUG IS ABSORBED THROUGH THE SKIN SIMPLY BY HANDLING THE PAPER.

There are also brightly colored paper tattoos resembling postage
stamps that have the pictures of the following: Superman, Mickey
Mouse, Clowns, Disney Characters, Bart Simpson, Butterflies.

EACH ONE IS WRAPPED IN FOIL.

THIS IS A NEW WAY OF SELLING ACID BY APPEALING TO YOUNG CHILDREN!

THEY ARE LACED WITH DRUGS!

If your child gets any of the above, do not handle them. These are
known to react quickly and some are laced with STRYCHNINE.

Please feel free to reproduce this article and distribute it within
your community and work place. Get the word out about this danger
to our children.

ehhh… never took acid, but I’ll eat a mushroom with a quickness. I can honestly say that those were the only times in my life I’ve felt at peace or oneness with the universe. If it makes you that happy, it can’t be THAT bad, can it?

I also think the Strychnine thing is a myth. I don’t know if you can cut LSD with some amphetemine like chemical, or if LSD just has some amphetemine like effects, but sore joints and muscles, grinding teeth, etc… that people associate with Strychnine in LSD is just a manifestation of physical tension, like you’d experience on amphetemines.

Also no truth to the LSD/MDMA “burns holes in your brains” rumour, either.

…and the warmth at the base of the spine is just orgone energy unfolding and rising through the chakras, man.

I think I’m forgetting how to breath. I feel so constricted, I gotta get out of these pants…

well the mdma burning holes in your brain, isn’t accurate, but it will flood your brain with serotonin and foul up your pleasure center greatly if you take it too often

Don’t know about nowadays there sonny, but back in my day, there was plenty of speed laced acid floating around. I think I remember, and I can’t be sure if this were true or not, that blotter didn’t contain speed because it wouldn’t stay active longer enough on that media. You had to be much more careful with tabs, however.

Why I remember a time, when I was livin with 7 other fellows, in a house in Gardner NY, in the shadow of the Shawangunks, when we chipped in together and bought a mason jar full of powedered blue sunshine that was cut with speed. We could devise customized doses with measuring spoons, quickly understanding just how long and how intense a trip we wanted could be nicely formulated in a cup of herbal tea.

We all became recreational pharmacists, of sorts, experimenting with trip strengths by also varying our diets and activities just before dosing ourselves. The most rewarding experiences, notwithstanding those that were for maneuvers (ie concerts, field trips to the city or other fun places), were most often preceded by a 24 hour period of exercise and fasting to purge the body of toxins before ingesting. We also cross checked one another for emotional stress factors in our lives at the time to help safeguard against bad trip influences.

Back in those days, there was much less information available on the subject, and if nothing else, being as cautious and exact as we were probably helped reduce the number of uncomfortable or unrewarding experiences to practically nothing.

And as I’ve mentioned in other posts on this subject, even though this may sound like an endorsement for the use of acid, it’s really not. I don’t believe it is for everyone, as I don’t believe smoking pot is for everyone. I believe certain personality types may be adversely affected by regular use, and that if you believe you shouldn’t engage in these activities, then you definitely shouldn’t. In either case, there is nothing wrong if do or if you don’t.

I had a friend who had latent schizophrenic tendencies and a trip when he was 18 brought it to the surface. He’s been in and out of hospitals ever since.

Another fella musta had some latent tendecies and the acid he did put him in and out of hospitals as well.

I had a nasty trip once… opened a channel in my mind that has taken me many years to fill.

Just be careful people.

^ I have a buddy who had the same expierience around the same age. We never noticed any schizophrenic tendencies before that, but he had mentioned that there was a history of it on his mom’s side. One night he blew up…he’s pretty heavily medicated these days, but he’s getting better.

one of my uncles on my mothers side had latent schizophrenia, when he was 16ish he did acid for the first time and boom, all of a sudden he was seeing jesus (my mothers side of the family is Jewish) and was conversing with imagenary people and objects.
finally he was diagnosed with schiz and now he resides down here in florida in some kind of mental institute, hes never gotten better since hes been diagnosed, and this is the main reason why i want to stay away from mush, lsd ,etc until i figure out that im either safe (i dont have latent schiz) or just old enough to decide that if i do try it, that my life is at a dead halt and wont really be affected by any negative outcome

^Quite honestly Sloth you don’t ever need to do any hallucinogens. Nothing there really worth the trip… so to speak. Better idea would be to eat healthy, work out and score a sexy lady! Yes the grandpop in “Little Miss Sunshine” had it right :wink: You did see that didn’t you?!?

I once had an experience on LSD where I became hyper-aware of my body funtions. I became very aware of toxicity and my body. It wasn’t a bad experience, but an eye opener. The most transcendent experiences I had with the drug after that were preceded by a day or two of eating mostly raw foods, drinking lots of water, getting cardiovascular exercise, and mentally preparing with meditation.

All the myths surrounding Psychedelics obscure the importance of mind set and setting and how they affect the experience.

Mostly.

The only problem I see is all this drug use may make you vote for Hillary or Obama. That is a serious problem. It may also make you stick your wee-wee in inappropriate places… which is also a problem.
