WOW that is so cool!!
Yeah, it definitely is a great motivator.
You get updates every .5 miles/.5 km and at halfway points.
Really a great tool for runners.
I couldn’t imagine running without it these days.

that is so cool. only thing is I don’t run Nike. You don’t HAVE to use it with Nike though, do you? the insole of my Asics come up the same way so I can put the sensor in there,right?
Man… i gotta go to the store now and find out more info. That’s one of my biggest pet peeves while running is having to pick up my ipod to change to a more upbeat song or wonder how far I’ve gone… this is perfect.

Looks cool, but I don’t wear Nike’s. I can keep a consistent enough pace where if I just time my run I know how far I’ve gone. It’s like a mental Nike shoe thing.

I do have Nike’s, but they be SB’s, son. Most comfortable skate shoes I’ve ever worn, I’ve gone through about 6 pairs of Dunks and some other models. Love the Dunks. NIKEsb FO’ LIFEZZZZZ!!

But then it’ll probably be back to the sb’s… unless I really like the iPaths…

You don’t need the Nike+ shows to use it.
I run with Asics and cut a little hole underneath the insole and put the sensor in there (It’s about the size of 3 stacked quarters)
They also sell a little pouch you can put on your laces and put the sensor in there.

I run, but the treadmill keeps up with all my stats
ran for 4 years in high school. hvent attempted to since.
Also, NIke+ only works with the 2nd and 3rd generation Nano.
No other models are compatible as of now.
