Are You Ready For Some Football! NFL 2011

I will NOT apologize for the blatant facemask on Joe Webb that somehow the refs missed to end the Lions game. We’ve been screwed by so many stupid calls over the years that we could use a break.

And wow, I’ve never been so devastated by a game my team actually won. Good Lord. I can only imagine how PardonMeDoug who was actually there must feel. I was absolutely convinced that Webb would score on that last drive since that’s what the Lions do.

HOLY FRICKIN TEBOW!!

This is incredible…the miracles are almost blatant now. Tebow once again magically becoming a miracle passer for the first TD. The Bears somehow being pushed out of bounds while trying to kill clock. The59-yarder. The Broncos needing a fumble to stay alive and GETTING one. Then the last field goal was just a foregone conclusion by that point. This is incredible. I BELIEVE. I BELIEVE.

The true test of faith comes next week against the Pats! I BELIEVE!!

(Sorry…I don’t mean to pile this on against the Bears or anything but this is truly incredible. How can a team do this EVERY week? If this was a TV show I’d be saying “Oh, that’s fake. Teams don’t get miracle wins like that every week.”)

We did NOT get Tebow’d tonight. We got Parter’d and Barber’d. Disgusting. Hanie is garbage and the Bears may not win another game…we just kissed the playoffs goodbye.

As for the Tebow miracle…Bastarde you are absolutely correct. Next week we will see what’s up.

Well, actually…as a steelers fan, I thought it was kinda funny in a way :shifty:

But I root for the Lions as my whole family are die-hards. I wanted them to win but I wasn’t getting as upset as my dad was. We were in the front row in one of the end zones. Never been that close to a football game before. Pretty awesome. Alfonso Smith ran that pick in right in front of us.

^Thriller dance FTW!

Oh you definitely got Tebow’d. You didn’t see God blowing wind behind Prater’s kicks? Or when he whispered in Barber’s ear saying “Hey, it’s no big deal to run to the sideline…you’ll turn the corner for the first down. Trust me on this.” The same thing happened to poor Christian Ponder last game. It’s a force of nature

Oh Lord…I was having coniptions in front of the TV. Joe Frickin Webb. To be fair, the Lions were banged up as hell. Rasheed Davis who wasn’t even on the team a month ago was playing on D. Wright had pulled a hamstring and basically had to come out and tough it out. And I know I saw some backup O-Linemen out there on the D-Line. Heck, Cliff Avril was playing LB to spy Webb late in that game.

Man, they just couldn’t tackle Webb in the backfield to save their lives. Plus that drive with the 65-yard TD run really scared the Lions out of blitzing until the last play since he hurt them so bad when they blitzed on that drive.

And man, Cowboys/Giants NEVER disappoints. Usually it’s filled with crazy plays, blown coverages, bad coaching errors, hilarious shots of Jerry Jones’ freaking out as his facelift falls off his face and wild endings. What fun.

Lions are one of the worst winning teams in the league, they can barely beat the Vikes, which means they have no chance in a playoff against the Pack or the Saints etc…

How awesome was that Giants/Cowboys game last night!? what an ending! its great to go from “In the Hunt” to “Division Leaders” in one game. Eli Manning has been incredible lately. GO GIANTS!

^I’m right with you. That’s always one of my favorite games of the year. It’s always a disaster and a disaster in a GOOD way. Such drama and always two fanbases who seem to hate and love their team at the same time.

HE GONE II:

HE GONE III:

Who’s next you ask? My money is on…

^Frankly, I would have guessed that Morris would be gone before both of those other two. And wow, quite a short leash on Sparano…they roll off four out of five and then lose one bad game to Michael Vick and he gone. Strange.

And don’t forget Norv who should have been fired about three years ago.

hmm, i think i remember something…

oh, that.

^in 2011 eh? :problem:

^^LOL! Gotta say that Marshawn Lynch has somehow carried that one huge run in that game to actually lead a self-resurgence. He actually looks a bit lighter and he’s playing like the monster he was in college. LOVE the Skittles raining down on him during the last TD last night. Hilarious.

Oddly enough, I think the Vikes will be better next year, while the Pack stay the same, the Bears fall and the lions fall…

2012 predictions…

GB 14-2
Bears 9-7
Lions 7-9
Vikes 5-11

Just my early thoughts…

Norv should be a O Cord… He knows offense, but full coaching, nope…

BTW, I know you will not read this but I could care less!

Who wins Tonight?

ATL or JAX… What an upset it could be if the Jags beat the Falcons…

I’ll take the Jags and points…

Okay, true believers…the biggest test of faith is this week.

I BELIEVE!! HIS HOLINESS shall prevail!

^ummm, this isn’t FLA Versus NE…

This story is gonna blow up bc apparently the distribution was to NFL players. Reports are that the amount of NFL players named are in the double digits. Go Bears!

LOL. Yeah, what a nutty story. They said he could be one of the top dealers in Chicago. For God’s sake, Bears, give this guy a raise and save the children!

Don’t worry…the Lions will try to one-up them when half the team dies in an explosion in Jim Schwartz’s meth lab.
