I went to Austin City Limits to see Panic in 2000 over Halloween. It was hot. Lots of concrete. More walking. Do I love Phish? Yes. Do I love Texas? No. Would I save the money? Yes.
^ will single day passes be available for a while or what Cari?..if i can save up and still be able to get a single day i might be downâŚbut methinks we might get a southeast Fall tour, so iâd rather throw the funds that direction
I am thinking that this could just be an isolated appearance not tied in to any âfall tourâ of sorts. I have heard great things about AustinâŚI think I sill âsteerâ clear of Texas though. Plenty of great Phish this fall.

Just now starting to piss you off? God, theyâve been pissing me off since Phish came back. But I just have to keep telling myself, âAt least Phish is back.â It helps, but I still canât stand Red Light.
EDIT: Wow, just read that list of artists⌠and itâs absolutely horrible. Thereâs only three bands I would see there: Phish, JJ Grey/Mofro, and Trombone Shorty/Orleans Avenue.
why is anybody pissed off that Phish is playing this festival?
^ Agreed. Yeah itâs not an ordinary Phish show and they are only playing two hours but isnât that kind of the fun of it? I love me some Phish but I can sacrifice the extra 30 minutes they would play to also see the Eagles, Spoon, BOH, Randolph, and Muse. My only complaint is that there is no fall tour up yet. If itâs not along their tour (if they play one) thereâs no way I can justify driving the 13 hours from Nashville.

Part of me thinks this is very lameâŚafter thinking about t, I am excited they are playing in my home state, but this will not be a âPhishâ show, it will be a crowd of drunken college students and fashionable yuppies in Austin. I am hoping this is a kick-off of sorts for a fall tour where they play other places in Texas , New Orleans, Arkansas, and New Mexico that they have neglected for quite sometime but isnât this too soon? Hell, they just end their Summer Tour on Aug 18 at Jones BeachâŚI am very ambivalent about the whole thingâŚBut shit, I just booked my Hotel room, I am goingâŚ

looks like a pretty cool festival. iâm glad that phish doesnât play jamband festivals.
Iâm not pissed at Phish at all. That festival lineup is not my thing and way too much just for Phish & a few others. Trey has played this fest before. Why not Phish? I think it is great! I will enjoy the soundboards! 
If any of you do go, try and check out Sarah Harmer, sheâs great.

^^Roo is far from a jamband festival nowadaysâŚthere arenât really that many big time festies that are mainly jam based, Waka and All Good come to mindâŚ
