Like many people here, i just love an awesome segue from a sick jam into a new song without stopping. What are some classic segues i should check out?
Here is a whole bunch of examples!

Walnut Creek 1997 - Disease>Mike’s
I’m not that into the disease jam but the segue into Mike’s is awesome. It works it’s way in real slow and in the AUD you can hear everyone in the crowd start to pick up on it. I actually pop this disc in every now and then just to listen to the segue section.
On a side note, the AUD of this show is way better than the official release… especially during the lightning strikes during Taste.
Oh and the Bowie>Cities>Bowie from summer 97. Yes sir.
Clearly the best segue ever is “Drowned” into “Rock and Roll” on 6-29-00.
Clearly.
^that one, and oswego 99 tweezer->have mercy, and new years 98 tweezer->cities
The 46 Days -> Possum from 6/17/04 is pretty awesome.
The Real Gin?
12/7/97
AC/DC Bag->Psycho Killer->Jesus Left Chicago
Colorado 88’
Cites->Dave’s Energy Guide->Cites
And I don’t care that its from 3.0, but Wolfmans->Piper from Indio was awesome…I stood there in awe of that segue out of the Alien Meltdown at the end of Wolfmans…
without a doubt! Also, I really dig the My Left Toe > Whipping Post from 7/25/1999 – you can hear them building up to that Whipping Post and it rocks!
Tweezer -> Izabella from 12/6/07. Much like how taboot describes the Whipping Post, you can hear Izabella coming and man, does Trey tear that thing up.
This year contained one of my new favorite Segues. Drowned -> CE&P from RR this year is just so smooth.
also unmentioned (i think) some other great segues are 1997-8-2 Gorge DWD -> Tweezer -> DWD. 6-25-97 DWD ->Piper -> DWD contains a perfect segue back into DWD. 7-31-97 Runaway Jim -> When the Circus Comes. oh and 12-1-95 Mikes -> Weekapaug. Oh and the whole 2-17-97 DWD -> Carini -> Taste -> DWD is pure gold. Yeah pretty much and DWD -> X song -> DWD is gonna be sweet.
12-02-03 Set II: Rock and Roll> Weekapaug Groove> Tweezer Reprise, Frankenstein> Kung> Frankenstein, All of These Dreams, The Wedge, Boogie On Reggae Woman> Cities,
7-13-99 Reba>Carini>Bitch
8-12-1993 Landlady>Tweez>L Lady>Tweezer>Lizards
Did Phish try to cover every aspect of their shows in 3 songs?
^if you haven’t heard that first set…you need to
Gin>Cities - 4/5/98
Jibboo>Saw It Again>Magilla>Twist>Slave - 7/4/2000
MONSTER Jibboo!

Just about anything that segues into or out of Waves is bound to be awesome.
2001 > Slave at Jones beach this year to close the 2nd set really took me to a higher place
