A very underrated/undermentioned segue was this year in SPAC’s BDTNL->20 years later (yes, ->). Extremely smooth.
Okay, I have listened to over 500 Phish shows all the way through and out of those my two favorite segues are without question the following…

GREAT WENT - Halley’s Comet -> Cities[/b]
If you have not heard either one of these, then you absolutely must! Trust me! 
Isn’t that the super-slowed-down Cities? I love that one. I seem to remember there being a super-sped-up Cities sometime in the same year, or maybe in 1998.

Yeah, that is the one. And I have heard that sped up Cities as well, can’t think of what show its from though…

Not as epic as some of these, but you should pull out your copies of 10/24/95 and listen to the Fee -> Llama segue. Pretty strange stuff.
