I never get suckered into reality shows, but this one has me hooked. Am I the only person who thinks he is fucking insane and needs to be put in a mental institute for a few months everytime I watch it?

i have seen this a couple of times too. and yes, that guy is literally insane. anyone who basically shoots up steroids for sports is stupid and a bastard. anyone who shoots up steroids just to get stronger is insane. bonaduce is the latter

On one episode I saw him empty part of a jug of hawaiian punch, top it off with vodka, and finish it one swig. All this ocurred on a street curb in the middle of the day and in about 2 minutes, mind you.
Insanity.

Danny doesn’t WANT to clean up. He’s been maipulating his Wife, cheating on her, and making her see things HIS way for 15 years. He’s a failed 12-stepper who relapses time and time again. He’s barely famous as a former child star and minor radio personality, so he’s using his family, his “problems”, and this show to boost his radio ratings and line his pocket. That is just selfish and sick.
It’s a trainwreck…and I cannot look away! Best reality show ever…because it’s REAL!
Yeah, though it’s pretty obvious in the end he’s going to clean up and get better. I doubt very much that VH1 of all channels would run a series where someone’s life falls apart and they turn into a drug addict again after trying to clean up.
when this show first came out, I was like, “Who the Fuck in Danny Bonnaduce??!!!” Then I found out he was some Partridge Family dude. come on, does this asshole really deserve his own reality TV show?
As for reality tv shows, they are fabulous, I’m a huge fan of America’s Next Top Model, its my guilty pleasure. I even cry when one of them has to leave, its pathetic, but its quality programming

I agree with that. I guess they both have the same thing going for them, and that’s the guilty pleasure factor. There is something so sickeningly satisfying about watching people that you have nothing in common with, do things that you will never experiance.

Laguna Beach is such a terrible, infuriating show that its very existence fills me with hatred of MTV and its constant and un-ending decline. MTV is like an addict who never bottoms out because the bottom keeps giving way. I’d rather close my nuts in a car door than watch Laguna Beach.
Breaking Donaduce is not just some reality TV show about some washed up star like ‘Strange Love’ or ‘My Fair Brady’ are. It’s hardly even about his celebrity; it’s about his addictions and fucked up life and it’s a great lesson to me never to let my urges get so much control over me that I lie to my wife and kids constantly.
^ It took Bonaduce for you to realize that? To each his own I guess…but I’ve also learned to control my urges through my own experimentation/abuse…Getting pulled over pissed drunk on 3 hits will straighten you out for a little bit, believe me…My point, don’t let Bonaduce make your mistakes for you…live your life and make mistakes, that’s the only way you learn…I don’t watch any of these “reality shows” period, because I’m concerned a lot more with living my own life than how other people are living theirs…
