CD burning question

when i use windows media player to burn cd’s there’s always an annoying pause between each track. is there a way to stop that so the transitions aren’t fucked up?

You should have posted it in my computer thread…but here you go:

You can’t! Kind of a bummer no?

My advice…use nero or winamp or something else. Used to be that you could install a plugin from nero for WMP that would give you the option, though i don’t think this works anymore after version 9. Sorry dude.

iTunes or something else… WMP sucks now.

thanks for the info. i getting the latest winamp right now. hopefully that will work out good.

Nero rules.

CD’s are going the way of Beta and VHS. I advise you to slowly wean yourself off of these bulky, cumbersome, in large amounts (heavy) CD’s

You can’t take your CD’s with you into the forest or escape with them to some island or take them to a FEMA camp, but you CAN take an IPOD with a Berkey solar charger of course.

CDs sound better than MP3s.

^so THEY say. You really have to weigh the risk/reward factor. pumping through my speakers know one can tell a difference anyway, however you don’t HAVE to use MP3’s to listen through Ipod.

Additionally I’ll gladly give up drivin to the store or shipping from Amazon, Movin the damn CD’s when I move residences, changin CD’s in the car, scratched CD’s etc…

20+ years of collecting music in my pocket? PRICELESS

Oh, and records sound better than CD’s, either way they are both too big, heavy and cumbersome to actually be practical. IMO

i’ve pretty much sold all my cd’s. the only thing i burn them for now is to play in my car because i don’t have an aux jack for my player. i tried a couple of those adapters that play through a radio station but they never worked well enough.
