Old Kee Pa Mike's Chess Challenge

so, we can work out the details later, but i want to get a general idea of what people are looking for in the ‘mike v. okp’ chess match. pending approval from the iron fist, the ‘moves committee’ will have a separate chat to discuss strategy, but i’d like to know, in general, how you all want to approach the primary chat(s).

on a side note… if all goes well with the game, i’m going to persue an ‘oh kee pa’ interview with mike in the future, where folks will be able to submit questions to cactus. so hopefully this won’t be the only interaction we have with mike.

i voted for big party but I think we can still have discussions that are productive in a big chat atmosphere. Can we have a giant moderated party? Like a mixture of the two?

ok… its pretty close, so we’ll shoot for the middle of the road. i’m working through the details with some folks… i’ll post them asap.

edit: i’ve got everything pretty much worked out… just waiting to hear back from a few people to finalize details… and we still need to hear from betty for the final “ok” and a specific time. it looks like this is going to work out just fine… especially if everyone maintains teh breeze. you guys will be able to party down in the chat and make the decisions on moves. cool… as soon i know, you’ll know.
