Do you want to pay $100 for a national ID that everyone in America will be forced to pay for, an internal passport that we will have to use to identify ourselves to the government (and Jobs) at all times?

Yeah, this is such bureaucratic crap. It will do nothing to accomplish the things it purports to do, and just be a burden on average citizens, allowing the govt to collect even more date on us.
The Fed doesn’t need more useless programs. They just need to enforce what’s already on the books and stop adding to the layers of governmental horseshit that already burdens our lives.

We really need term limits on these clowns, or at least some way to sweep everyone out on a regular basis.

The Senate just killed the Immigration Bill, which if I understand correctly, this was tied to.

I don’t know about you Bri, but it seems that almost everyone that I’ve talked to about the immigration bill was against it. It’s not that the average person doesn’t want to allow the immigrants what will amount to amnesty, but almost everyone wants an orderly processing and assimilation of them into the mainstream according to the laws that are currently on the books.
However, stopping the flood at the border is the number one concern in order to allow the country enough time to make this assimilation happen. It’s unbelievable to me that our representatives are marching, or attempting to march to their own agendas and not those of the people they supposedly represent.
Time for a revolution in this country, and I mean that quite earnestly. The power of the internet may be the tool, I’m not quite sure. But it has to be the will of mass population in this country to turn the present trends around, otherwise the money and power of the special interests will continue to buy the votes of these worms in congress, in the white house, and to some dgree in the supreme court. And that justice for life thing has got to go as well. All of these clowns are just to fricken full of themselves.

LOL. Nice. My Mom says the same stuff about how it’s just an easier way for the government to get our information. My response is always the same: “If the government REALLY wanted to find out all the dirt on you that it wanted…it could do so…EASILY”
