I don’t really mind cold weather, living in Fargo, N.D., but ridiculously cold weather gets me down a lot. I don’t even want to leave the house. I also have no auto-start for my car, and my bedroom is a sunroom with little to no insulation.
Get this: the HIGH temperatures for my town the next five days are all below zero!! :o

i hear ya man. this 40+ degrees every day is really takin it outta me. but you’ll pull through. just be tough, like me.
My only complaint is that Vermont was off to one of the best ski seasons in years (I80 inches through like last week) and then the fuckin warm weather and rain wrecked it…F
i live on a mountain. it gets cold sometimes. but not terribly unbearably cold. and i like that. there.
its cold here…it started snowin a bit ago…i hate this shit.
Typically I’m a ‘hey look it’s snowing’, snow advocate kinda guy. But I was just getting on a roll with disc golf … even set up my basket & started working on my putting … and then 6 inches of snow hits.
That’s okay though, cuz it’ll likely melt a little and then it’s playable once that happens.
So yeah, weather’s awesome.

But I've been working nonstop instead; I live too close to work to get a snow day.... and somehow my work has avalanched. I've put in a few extra shifts and I'm tyrd.I just don’t want it to snow Friday through Sunday this weekend. Marie and I are headed to Richmond to hang with some friends, eat, drink, and be fat and drunk.
I’ll be real annoyed at the weather if we have to cancel this trip.

The dog days of summer are my favorite time of the year.
Conversely, right about now is my least favorite time of the year.
Sometimes it just doesn’t snow enough. Yes, the mountains in the northeast got a great start, but let the snow hold off for a week or two, let the temperature climb for a few days, and you’re left with wet squat. Damn you warmer temps, damn you.
Pretty nice out right now, but 35 mph winds are coming this afternoon and a big ass blizzard.

In classic Michigan fashion we had like 50-60 degree weather last week. Then it snowed last night. It’s actually pretty nice today. I don’t mind the cold but the snow drives me nuts cuz it gets all over my car and the salt and mud gets it dirty. Darn you, precipitation!
