They put up a graphic last night during the NFC Championship that said the wind chill was -24.
Then they said this morning it was the 3rd coldest NFL game on record.
I can’t imagine how cold it was just sitting on the metal bleachers for 3 hours (more if you went in early). At least if one is up moving around you get your blood moving.
^yeah I saw that graphic and was thinking the same thing. It hurt to see those players running around in t-shirts, moving blood or no. Any exposed flesh at that temp hurts!
I flicking through the channels once and saw someone watching NFL in a sleeping bag, not sure how common that is or not. I doubt it would do a whole lot at -24 though.

so its as cold as its been all winter here in the Pacific Northwest right now and there’s this weird orange thing in the sky and its really bright. Does anybody know what that is?
also, there’s something wrong with the sky. Its actually the color blue today and there’s no water falling from it.
this is all very confusing and I’m not sure how to handle it.
most Packer fans remedy this problem by bringing up a couple flasks of schnapps into the game with them.
and it really hasn’t been that bad in Fargo. I guess Friday was the worst day from what people have been saying but I must’ve stayed inside most of that day because I can’t remember thinking it was too crazy cold.
I guess this Friday is going to be really cold too…high of -8 or something. But after that things are forecasted to improve.
and then I’ll be spending over half of February in sunny northern California on vacation so I could care less!! I’m so pumped.
