I’ve lived in this so-called “constitution free” zone all of my life, and for the last 3 years I’ve lived within 5 miles of Canada. I’ve been stopped by border patrol ONCE (aside from actually crossing the border), and that was a few years ago. I was near Tupper Lake, NY (in the northern Adirondacks). They asked if I was a citizen, I showed them my license, they said have a nice day. No illegal car searches or anything.
I’ve never been to California or anywhere east of the Mississippi, so I don’t know how bad it is out there, but I’d say the ACLU is exaggerating when they say I live in a constitution free zone.
^The fact the government would even have a thing CALLED a Constitution free zone is what worries me…

What are you talking about? Dubya’s been running a Constitution-Free government for years. The gov only obeys the Constitution when its convenient…there’s no one to enforce it anyway.
