So my dad was in new york the other week and he was in this like photo shop or something and there was this guy at the desk who was looking at pictures and my dad saw a picture of trey and saw it was autogprahed by trey and someone else so he asked who the other autograph was from, the guy responded “the photographer, danny clinch, me”. They talked and exchanged phone numbers and he was gonna send my dad some prints. So when my dad tells me all this i tell him about the rumors ive been hearing about the reunion and i tell him that next time he talks to danny to ask him. So today danny called him and my dad said so my son has been hearing stuff about a reunion and danny says he hasnt talked to trey about it but hes spoken to the other guys and he says its in the works, its probably gonna happen this summer

This thread got me to remember a near-miss I had in meeting Trey.
Acroos the street from MSG there is a nasty-ass bar called the Blarney Stone - there’s another one on 34th Street real close too, but the one I’m talking about is on 6th Avenue I think…I don’t know…
Anyhow, after 12/28/98 me and some friends grabbed a couple of beers there and then got on the last train to NJ. We all went to the show the next night and afterwards went back to the Blarney for a beer. After a few minutes I noticed a brand-new picture of Trey hanging on the big mirror behind the bar. I asked the bartender when he got it.
Well apparently, Trey stopped by right as they were closing, for some reason showed them his ID (I guess he wanted to prove to the bartender it was actually him, not that the old guy would even know…) and had a beer. Because they stayed open a little later for him, he gave them the picture. It would have been awesome to sit in this rat-ass bar after a show and have a beer with Trey…
i love when more and more proof of the reunoin pops up, it makes me pop up
hey i’ve been to that bar before! my friend and I went to pregame there before String Cheese Incident during the NYE run last year.

I was very lucky to get into Coventry and score one of these books as well. They were only supposed to be for those who were turned away at Coventry.
There are some amazing photo’s in this book and some great show’s i was at are remembered by it!

However, i am skeptical of the reunion talk, but it hard to push aside all of these rumors that come from diferent sources repeating similar info. It is making me believe that the reunion is definately being talked about within the band and the orginization, and could possibly become a reality in the next year or two. They need time to practice so i dont see it happeing this summer or by halloween.

nice, this is all very interesting. though i have mixed feelings on them getting back together, its good to hear that the boys are talking and strongly considering a reunion.
