I think it would have been badass if they busted out a “She Loves You” as the encore for the White Album show, I’d like to see how they’d play an earlier Beatles tune.

I definitely think their decision to play The White Album should be applauded, but it by no means was a perfect version. Some songs (I understand there was a time restraint) seemed WAY too rushed, and in turn, ruined the flow.
I think the evening could have been topped if they played Abbey Road instead.
I really think phish could have / could play an amazing 30 minute “Insterstellar Overdrive”…I mean…shit…I hope the first Halloween they come back we get a whole “Piper at the Gates of Dawn”, but I know I’m just dreaming.

Soup has to be one of the most underrated albums ever… Everyone should own a copy… Blind Melon could have been huge (and I do not mean huge by the number of “No Rain” singles they sell… blah).
^dude blind melon is amazing! they deserve more credit. their whole first album rocked. i love tones of home and i wonder, i remember hearing them for the first time when i ate shrooms for the first time and they went along with exactly what i was feeling at that moment and it was crazy!
My favorite part of Letters From a Porcupine is when they are interviewing the band members solo, and the last one is Shannon Hoon, and he has his entire face covered in aluminum foil, and he is holding a baby doll. That man is so rediculous… Rest his soul.
