I read that cats will stalk, hunt and kill things and then “present them” to their owner as a way of “helping out.” This is because usually their owner is gone for long periods of time during the day and since there’s always plenty of food around, he must be out hunting, right? Well I better do my share! Here, have a mouse.

Actually, the best pet names I thought of were, “Come Here” and “Stop That”, since I seem to say that more than their actual names…
I like the idea of calling a pet “git”…as in, “go away”

I would like to name a dog Spot…

I caught one last week, and it bit me, and everyone started freaking out that I was gonna get rabies. So I named the mouse Ray B. we put him in a tupperware and let him go outside. But later that day he was found dead, he had a heart attack. But hey, no rabbies or diseases for me!
my cat, 11/17/97, catches birds and almost surgically dismembers them. the wings are neatly laid at their respective sides, the head placed nicely above the torso. it’s spooky man.
