you don’t need to take a picture of your screen:
on your keyboard there should be a button that says “Prnt Scrn” or something like that (it means Print Screen) push that button when you have the picture on your screen, then go into some image editing software (MS Paint works fine), then do Edit > Paste, crop the image, save, upload
