found the join button
on the left side of the screen it should say “groups” click on that and search Oh Kee Pa, or just search Oh Kee Pa, i think that works just as well.

i think alot of it has to do with me not wanting to sign up for something i dont want and therefore cant see the facebook page that waas created for the okp.
