Like you have started a good one recentlyâŚ

my personal fave:

^BWAHAHAHA! Yet another reason why a teen should never be on that. When I was in college, facebook and stuff wasnât even around but I STILL didnât want people taking pics of me drinking underage or puffingâŚitâs just not a good idea to have pictures of you doing stuff thatâs illegal. Now with these sites, itâs about a billion times worse.
And why canât I ever see when streetbum posts those pictures or clips or whatever? Itâs just a big blank space. I canât view youtube at work, so that may be itâŚ
Hey man, I totally get that. Iâm not tryig to harsh your gig or anything. But my logic (and yes it may be warped logic at that) is that if I wanted to keep in touch with people that I had a class with in high school, then I would have made a better effort to keep in touch. My close knit group of friends are the same people that I met in junior high. And we have been the best of friends since then. We make sure that we keep in touch. Again, this is just my opinion here, but if I really wanted to keep in touch with people, I would have made a better effort to do so as the years went by.
Also, Iâve just seen too many times where relationships have been ruined and friendships squashed because of Facebook. Havenât seen too many times where a new relationship started, or friendships, um âblossomedâ because of it. I know that it happens, but to me, the cons far out-weigh the pros.
thread: redeemed!
^ Hahaha, no kidding.
^^ I guess I understand your logic there. But yes it is warped.
oh yea her i saw that before. we had AIM sex.

^^
As for whatâs mentioned above, it is quite unfortunate that a lot of people argue over facebook. But is facebook what creates the conflict?
iâm not sure if it does. some girl that i went to high school with is always fishing for pity on there. iâve ignored these daily self-crucifixions for while so finally i made a âquit crying and suck it up commentâ on there the other day and her disciples swarmed me. one of her friends called me pretentious. i called her a c word. good times.
other than that, iâve never argued over the thing.
that was AWESOME!
Scale 1-10
Pretentious=4
âCâ word=10.5
10.5>4=U win!!
^ That Bel-Air string is awesome. Pure awesome.
âAll you facebook haters??â Iâmma use a new smiley for that: ![]()
Nah man, it never occurred to me that people use it. For anything. I mean, I thought it was using itself (eww) to post pics of unstable people and tell me what mood my sister-in-lawâs cat is in. ![]()
Nobody insulted anyone who happens to be a normal, sane person that uses Facebook. Even if they DO like Widespread Panic!!
I didnât use FaceBook for a long time, even though I think I had an account. Then about 6 months ago I got hooked.
Some people go a bit overboard however⌠I have deleted some people as friends because they would update their status at least once an hour. I just donât care that much, and some of these were friends of friends to begin with.
anybody following the saga unfolding on the PT bisco board? crazy shit.
PT Bisco, eh?
Canât say that Iâm caught up
i only know because it was cross posted to the biscoradio forum. check it out. in short, somebodyâs shit got stolen during the NYE countdown @ bisco and it looks like some internet sleuths caught him. itâs kind of awesome.

^Wow. That was an absolutely amazing read. Easily the longest amount of time I was able to spend on PT in one sitting.
Hope that guy gets hit with some charges!
^^Yeah, I have to admit I got caught right up in the story. I was going to just skim to get the jist, but got absorbed in the saga and couldnât stop reading. What an excellent and highly impressive progression of events. Coming from someone who has had their shit stolen at a show, I take second-hand pleasure in this girl getting justice.
I donât ever read PT and was very surprised at the goodness of basically everyone who posted in all the threads I read concerning this story.
