Fall TV!! What Are you Watching?

Well with Fall comes the return of new episodes for TV shows and not to mention new shows? What shows are you looking forward to having back and what TV shows do you watch on a regular basis?

I’m looking forward to the return of:

Monday:

This started a couple weeks ago, but I’m hooked. I love Laura Linney!! Might be my favorite actress!

Wednesday:

Hilarious show!

Thursday:

Steve Carell’s Final Season. :frowning:

Sunday:

Looking forward to this new HBO Series! Love Steve Buscemi!

Can’t forget the Simpson, Cleveland Show and Family Guy Either!! :laughing: :laughing:

Well It looks like all I do is watch TV, but On Demand is my friend!!

Going on 3 months without a TV or Cable and haven’t missed either one for even a second. We’ve rarely even turned on Hulu to get our fix. Pretty much all music all the time in our house nowadays. :sunglasses:

I personally, am also looking forward to Curb…oh and with Mad Men, who needs ANYTHING else…greatest prime time drama ever IMO.

MLB playoffs in October should be fun as well!

I would like to find one new, good hour long show to watch and look forward to each week, but I hate wasting my time watching shit shows or getting involved in something that will be cancelled in a few weeks. I am debating on checking out that “event” show on NBC. If I had HBO, I would definitely be checking out Boardwalk Empire.

The Thursday night NBC line-up is good, as is Modern Family. Hopefully there will be another good sitcom coming into the mix this year as well.

Last weeks episode was probably the best of the series too. A Don Draper & Peggy Olsen showcase.
Such great writing and acting and costumes and camera work and art direction and music…
I can go on and on about how good that show is.
Consistently good shows. Every season has been solid.

Modern Family is a funny show. I watch that.

And I’m really interested in checking this one out…

I don’t really consider anything else to be “must watch”. I mean, yeah, I’ll check out ‘The Office’, and ‘30 Rock’ and those shows, but they’ve gone down hill in the last couple of seasons.

Without Lost around, I’m watching nothing but sports. But I have a feeling I SHOULD be watching Always Sunny and Modern Family except I’m dumb and forget when they’re on.

Don’t have cable and don’t miss it! I am much more productive and spend more QUALITY time with my family which is what nights are about for me. In the event that we want to stare at a box of moving, talking pictures, we put on a movie, but cable tv will never again be a staple at our house :slight_smile:
