Once Hank signs up we’ll have 8…I think that’s more than acceptable for the number of teams. Make sure you guys check out the league setttings and whatnot…It could affect who you want to draft when and where…If you look you have to start 2 QB’s, 3 WR’s, 3 RB’s TE, WR/RB, K, DEF. I’ve also added performance bonuses for 300 passing yard games, 100 yard rushing days, and 100 yard receiving games.
Okay…I’ll try to put together some sort of personal draft ranking as well as a “do not draft under any circumstances” list which will probably mostly list Lions players.

and when exactly is this draft? Doesn’t everybody have to be online at the same time? I’m not really going to be around this next week or so that much.
The live draft is this upcoming Sunday, 8/31, at 2:00pm EASTERN. So probably 1:00pm where you’re at.
That should give you just enough time to stumble out of bed, pour a hair-of-the-dog, and log onto your computer.
It will take less than 1 hour, I think. If we don’t dilly dally.

I just saw this though…“Your Head-to-Head league will not be able to start the season if it contains an odd number of teams.”
…and we have 9 teams now, by my count. but I don’t know if that applies to our league.
also, I like how I can just go with the default picks. Less work, and it’ll just be that much more funny if I somehow win or do well.

Since were looking at 10 teams do you guys think I should adjust the settings where we only have 1 QB or do you like the 2QB 3 WR…etc…Any input?
I like the current set up of:
QB, QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN
It makes you put a little more thought into who your 2nd QB and 3rd WR is going to be…plus who to have on your bench.
I kinda like just 1 QB. But your the commish so its your call.
My thoughts:
I mean, shit, there ain’t that many good QB’s out there.
If your #1 QB gets hurt (And there is ALWAYS a couple who go down) your kinda screwed because there has to be 20 QBs selected. (10 teams, 2 at least on a team)
Also, what happens during your bye week?
We are gonna have to have 3 QB’s on a team to cover that.

The WR setting are fine by me.
I prefer 1 QB and 1 flex but i will not complain.
Nice we got 10…I thought about the positions and I’m going to keep them the way they are. I think there will be significant strategy involved in drafting QB’s when and where. I also value QB’s alot more than other leagues as TD passes are worth 6 instead of 4 or 3 in other leagues. There’s 10 teams and 32 Starting QB’s in the league. So there will be plenty to go around. You just don’t want to end up with J.T. O’sullivan or Kyle Boller.
Also guys who are drafting…You might want to access the draft room as it’s new this year and has new features…just to get the hang of it. Good luck to all… The drafts at 2:00 PM Eastern time this Sunday…
