Anyway, I’d like to thank my Lions for remembering that they’re the Lions and letting Michael Turner run on them for 2,278 yards. Even worse, he could have EASILY had more. They were running his backup a ton and then took him out on the final drive. The dude was running for 10 yards a carry…coulda ended up with 300 yards if they tried.
By the way, could someone give us a list who has what team in our league. There’s a few names that I could figure out like Light’s team but most of the names are completely different from our OKP names. For those who don’t know, I am “I Stole Rudi’s Bags” since I’m the real culprit in that case.

I turned down a Ryan Grant for Matt Forte straight up offer…hmmm…I would like to see more out of Forte before I place any real value on him.

By the way, I noticed the “5 points for 100 yards” thing only applies to the FIRST 100 yards. Michael Turner ended up with 220 yards and I only got a 5pt bonus!! What gives!? I want my points! Greed Greed Greed!

I almost did it just because I’d like to see more out of Matt Forte before we declare him the next Sarah Palin.
It’d be a nice intra-division trade.
You can’t say with any degree of confidence that Forte will end up having a better season than Grant.
True…
I wanted to get rid of Grant because I was wary of his contract holdout and hamstring injury…Add in a new quarterback (Rodgers) and he looked iffy to me.
Watching Matt Forte and considering that the Bears won’t be passing much this year, Forte could get 20-25 touches a game.
I’ll take Grant after that long run on MNF
