Yeah, my team fell apart FAST. Guys who performed in Weeks 1-4 suddenly were useless, injuries, bad defenses, etc, etc.
And how do the contenders let Joffrey get away with grabbing Jaylen Samuels off waivers as his tight end?
Come on, people! I would have grabbed him but I stopped caring about this team weeks ago.
Also, I forget to mention this every year but can we please kill the 3-receiver thing for next year and make one of those a flex position? Would be real nice.
So, I saw something on a Sept 4 draft at 8pm? Works me given I have no other drafts booked yet.
I sent a mass e-mail but didn’t hear anything back from anyone. My dad days he tried to respond but it’s “undeliverable.” Ugh. In any case, I guess the 4th works?
I know my brother is interested as well. Not sure on the date.
I think I sent him an e-mail too. Will you double check? Thank you!
I got my email and I think he got his. Changed my team to “LongerThanYourYear” but that may be temporary.
Also, I remembered that we need to change the lineup. We have 3 WRs and 2 RBs and it’d be better to turn one of those WRs into a flex (RB,WR,TE) position. Sound good?
I got the email and I’m in.
I agree with adding the flex position and I think it would be more fun to switch to a PPR setting, maybe .5 ??
for the flex, we have four options:
wide receiver/tight end
wide receiver/back
wide receiver, tight end, running back
quarterback, wide receiver, tight end, running back.
What are everybody’s thoughts?
I’d do WR/TE/RB. That seems to be the standard.
I agree. Theoretically, one could have Rogers and Rothlesberger and get like 80 points between the two of them. I see the flex spot as a chance to get a guy that will potentially do better in terms of points than the third receiver.
I haven’t heard back from Bryan Henning. Anyone know if he’s still interested?
We have 9 teams at the moment. We may need another.

Any league where you can start two QBs ends up a nightmare because free agency will be dead. Even a mediocre QB is a better start than most RBs/WRs so everyone will have at least three QBs on their roster. If a guy goes down, the free agency to get a new QB is laughably bad. It sounds fun but gets ugly in execution.
