I remember seeing this at one of the first Bonnaroos in the movie tent (2003?).
Just watched this movie recently.
The acid trip out scene in the train car with Janis, Bobby, Jerry, and others is soooooo weird. Actually makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. “I loved ya the moment I saw ya Janis.”
And the Buddy Guy live scene where he walks off stage and continues shredding is one of the coolest things ever. confirmed.
Also, some epic The Band footage really makes this movie a must-see.

Dude, I fucking love that scene. Rock pioneers in their youth all partying together and tripping acid on a train. That shit is hot.
I love when everyone is on stage at the end and they are thanking the dude who started the festival and Janis said some thing to like “the next time you THROW A TRAIN invite me”
