I remember a hippie friend of mine had a simple leather necklace with a little bowl on it at alpine '03…it was a good way to sneak a pipe into the show, just put the necklace underneath your shirt and your in.
this guy was also one of those chill hippie dudes who wear skirts to shows, though…

I remember hearing that in some states they have to make necklaces and other forms of jewelry out of the pipes because that was the only way they could legally sell them. I don’t think I would like all that resin hanging from my neck to be honest.
At the '98 Riverport show I bought one one that housed a small chillm. The piece itself shattered a few weeks later.
I agree about the resin… but still the idea behind something like this for shows would come in handy.
I’ve seen the small joint stones that slide onto dread locks…
