my girlfirend just bought us tix to see’em in a couple weeks here in minneapolis for my birthday…shit yeah!!
I didn’t end up going. I had tickets with my brother, but my friend and about 3 other people in our “group” didn’t have tickets, and it sold out unexpectedly. So I sold my ticket to a guy I had just met who drove from jersey; then I bought some shrooms and headed home.
kind of a downer.

sorry, been away for a bit. that blows nightowl, i talked to jamphandan, but was unable to locate him in the venue, it sold out and was tuff to move around in.
Dan i came up stairs looked around for about 5 min and didn’t see the shirt. I think i had the wrong area, i should have called but my buddy was getting antsy to head back downstairs to get more into the middle of the pack so we could blaze without being on the outskirts of the crowd where we could be nabeb by security.
The show was great there were some points where their jamming was so on and cohesive, that it felt like orbit, man i was out there. That type of out there were you even forget that your hearing anything at all, the music transcended time, and space and took me away.
No, i didn’t do any hallucinogens. I did smoke some rightous nugs, toledo’s window or something the guy called it.
At one point after i had been standing for to long, and had not eaten much that day, or drank my share of OJ, I blacked out, was still totally concious, just couldn’t see a damn thing. It’s kinda scary when this happens, especially when it goes on for like 5-8 minutes. Then my eye started to twitch, you know down in the corner of your eye, the muscle was spasiming the music was that good [facicous] but the music was excellent.

I didn’t think the show was going to sell out, there were so many people there looking for extras. more than i’ve seen at a show in a long while. i saw some bum, how he got tickets i have no idea, think crime, selling two tickets for 160$ to some prepped out hipster over by the atm. i should have bought the max amnt of tix to sell extras, but i really didn’t think it was going to sell out. i bought my tix from the ticketbastard 5 days before the show, good thing too, i would have been pissed to have missed it.
i hope that helps anybody to decide to go out and see them, get your tickets now, act fast don’t delay, only 29.95, again only 29.95 and if you buy now you’ll get a mini bottle for your car’s glove box!
Did you see the guy with the box of pretzels? He was trying to sell tickets for $60 bucks each. I said to him, “my friend is gonna give you $30, is that cool?” (i said this jokingly cause he wouldn’t budge) and he said something along the lines of “hell no son.”
