While Armed and Dangerous was rocking I was on a hill barreling down in the lowest gear, fast as I could… car was behind so I was cranking, really racing down and then the ipod popped out of my front pocket (like I didn’t have it tucked down the shorts b/c they were wet) and had to come to a skidding stop. The car behind slowed and then let another car pass… I’m thinking the ipod a goner like so many frogs who try to cross the road at unfortunate times. BUT the car just missed so the ipod lives for another day.

It’s Friday afternoon, huzzah.
Been an obnoxious day so far. Waited no less than 10 minutes for every single patient I’ve x-rayed today. My first patient, I waited 20 minutes for, left, came back 4 hours later, and still had to wait another 8 minutes. The staff couldn’t find my second patient for 10 or 12 minutes. My 3rd patient was in the shower when I arrived. I guess the universe decided I needed to learn patience today, but I’m fighting off a cold and sleep deprivation from staying up too late watching Lost. Not cool.

Good afternoon. I had a stressful day yesterday. Today is so much better. Just scheduled further work on the '01 Cabrio we just bought. Drove it to Boston last night and it opened my eyes to the larger reality of its disrepair. I don’t mind, my mechanic’s amazing, seriously love the guy.
About to have epic pepperoni pizza - fresh cut pepperoni on the best pie in town.
