Same here. I’ve got 9-6 w/ an hour for lunch.
I prefer my weeknights free, and I don’t mind getting up in the morning.

That reminds me, it was 24 degrees this morning when I woke up with a wind chill that made it feel like 16. I’m not prepared for this kind of temperature quite yet.

not in school today, gotta go get a tooth fixed temporarily… about a year and a half ago I got two veneers on my front two teeth… supposed to last me until my 30s… but alas, chewing on my thumbnail yesterday broke one clean in half… so now i gotta go to a cosmetic dentist and look somewhat less like a redneck…

Good morning to all you guys & gals … it was like, 17 degrees this morning … and with my sorry excuses for windows, it felt like 40 in my bedroom. And I sit by the entrance at work, so it’s gonna be a long cold winter for me.
Yeah, I’m an 8-5er myself. I HATE getting up in the morning but I hate missing my evening sports more. Especially during football season…plus I MUST have the weekends off. Can’t wait for Ball State/Central Michigan tonight. Battle of the MAC West!! Should be a fun game. Check it out if you like offense.

Weekends off are a must at this point. I worked weekends through high school and college. I’ve never savored weekends more than I do now. Even if I have nothing to do, I’m still up by 8:00am on Saturdays.

Am blowing my nose like crazy and am disgusting myself at work. It’s 130 which means I’ve been here for six and a half hours and that’s good enough for today. Going home for some soup, a heavy dose of antihistemines and some sleep… or maybe some Roxy and Wii.

Too…too…too…too ba… AH CHOOO!..bad the Roxy and Wii didn’t cure this f’ing cold. Woke up this morning with a raging fl…fl… AH CHOO!..flu, aches, fever, sore throat, the works. Not a good time to be missing work, lots of things that have to be done before the holiday break next week.
Oh well. Looks like a lot more Roxy and Wii for me today, in between the naps. Going back to sleep now as a matter of fact. later

I really want to get a Xmas tree this year, and I want to put it on our outside porch, and I want to buy lights for it. There’s something to be said for that special, giving, Christmas-ee spirit people get, and I’m starting to feel it more and more every year!! And I want to test all the bums and hoodlums in my neighborhood, to see if it gets stolen or thrown in my yard or vandalized.
welp, I probably could use a bit more sleep, but overall I’m feeling pretty good, not hungover at all. I’d feel even better if I didn’t eat a bunch of Chinese food at midnight last night…
