My boss finally got back from vacation today so we’ll see what kind of mood he is in. I’m feeling fairly well, but I really didn’t want to leave the house this morning. I just felt like sitting there and watching TV all day for some reason…

Have gobs of tasks lined up on my desk, the rush to get things done before people start leaving early for the Christmas break. It begins around here after the middle of the month. People are just “out of the office” constantly, and forget about the last two weeks of December.
But I have it all organized into a checklist, and I’ll just plod through it one by one. Funny how even the most mundane things are OK when you’re feeling better after the flu.
btw, did everyone see the un-smiley face in the southwestern sky last night in the NE? It was formed by Venus and Jupiter forming the eyes above a crescent moon. Pretty cool. Won’t happen again until 2052.

I’m sleeping on the couch out in the living room now. MY room (a sunroom) is ridiculously cold, and although I am a tough-guy, I’d rather not wake up shivering.
Not really sure what I’m going to do with my day until work. hmm…
Holy crap it’s Wednesday already. This week seems to be flying by, so I guess my chemicals are aligned in a good way.
Have yet another meeting this morning, my fifth this week. Don’t know why people want me to sit in on these things, since I feel so inept most of the time about the subjects. I’ve been on this particular task for about a year now, and I still feel like I don’t know shit about what I’m doing. The fact that I can speak and write around the subjects, keeps them from throwing my ass to the street.
Well until they discover my secret, I’ll collect that paycheck and keep the old livelihood process going. Have a great day, my friends. Hope things are chill where you’re at.

Sunny, brisk morning here in Indiana.
I wish the weekend would get here. I have absolutely no plans, but I wish it were here.
Stayed up extra late last night to partake and watch the National Geographic special on marijuana. It was pretty excellent. In a whole hour, they didn’t say anything negative about the substance. Normally, when I watch those sort of shows I have come to expect some negative propaganda about lung cancer and heart disease and whatnot. They only mentioned its medicinal, food, fuel, and other good qualities. However, they did mention possible anxiety or feeling of uneasyness. Oh well, there were some really nice shots of buds, and even better explorations of high-tech hydro grows.
That was a great show, but it means I’m tired at work now…

Weeks almost done and I couldn’t be more happy about that
I hear ya. The push is really on around here to get things done and I feel like I’m being sucked up by a vortex.
But it’s a sunny Autumn day here in Joisey, and I’m into this time of year. The earth is approaching the Winter Solstice, it’s closest position and relatively highest speed in it’s orbit around the sun. After that, the days start getting longer, and yeehaw, March won’t be that far away.
So there’s a nail to hang your hat on today. Hope everyone will have an opportunity to slow down and enjoy this holiday season, that was originally intended to celebrate the re-birth of the (sun) Light.
