yeah, i’m waiting to see what she says about going out to dinner. im all for the dating and hanging out being together vs. jumping in a relationship being together. and im all for being a good guy. She broke up with her bf and is in the middle of moving all her stuff out. where is she gonna go? i dont know. dinner conversation? im getting ahead of myself. but im too fucking stoked. easily one of the best looking girls ive “gone out with” and i dont even know if shes gonna want to go.

good morning everyone. i had some days i needed to take off before the end of the year so i’m on a 4 day staycation. gonna go pick up a ukulele for my brother and take it down to him. it’s a christmas present but i never like waiting till christmas to get my gifts anyways.
i’m about to go get a burrito and then send off my secret santa package. i just got it finished last night.

Up early (thanks Holt) and can’t go back to sleep. Today’s activities consist of giving the dog a bath, cleaning house, laundry, grocery shopping, and making some tastey xmas treats with a girl friend. Makenzie’s gone until xmas eve 
But now I can buy her presents which I couldn’t do before because she’s always with me.

Hey everyone. Sunday’s fun. Did some food shopping for Christmas day, wrote out some cards while watching a bio on Zappa, Marie’s making cookies, and soon it will be time to finish decorating the tree. I could use more days like these, and with a little luck, I’ll get em at the end of the week.

Mornin/Afternoon folks. Had a christmas party with my step-dad’s family last night in the Detroit area and went to Brett’s party afterwards. Lots of people there…good times. Just got back home to the other side of the state, but not without a stop at an old favorite deli of mine that I haven’t eaten at in ages. Some super-dank corned beef. Got one for lunch today and one for lunch tomorrow…too good to pass these bad boys up

Short weeks rule. Especially short weeks that are due to be followed by another short week. Extra especially short weeks that are due to be followed by another short week that are due to be followed by three nights of Phish in NYC.
Must be fighting some kind of microscopic invader this morning because I’m just not feeling all that. Sight of that corn beef sandwich is making me ill, even though it’s one of my favs.
Am trying to get all my bases covered in three days this week so I can take Thursday off in addition to the Friday holiday. Everything at home is pretty much set for next weekend and Marie turned out some dynamite cookies yesterday. Have to stop for one or two Christmas presents for her yet, but the big one should be delivered today.
I swear by Amazon for things that you can order online. They’re not always the cheapest, but when they are, I’ve always found their delivery system top notch. They helped me deliver my gifts as a secret Santa as well without letting on who was sending them, so I’m pretty pleased with how they’ve worked for me this year.

Had to drive some folks home yesterday morning, so I slept like 2 hours and then watched football all day in the most surreal state of mind. Like, half way dreaming, seeing shit. weird a mundo!
Kind of out of it still today, XL mocha is starting to sink in.

it’s so weird, over the years the xmas season just keeps feeling shorter and less eventful… which will probably be the case until i get my own house/family. anyways, it’s an odd feeling, one that i don’t particularly like. i feel like scrooge or somethin
