Morning! Last one of 2010!!
First full night sleep all week. Feeling very rested…sore as all HELL, but rested. I’m telling myself that soreness is the feeling of progress, and let me tell you, I am feeling very progressive right now!
Had a metting with my trainer lastnight and learned a lot about blood sugar and why I eat like I do. The goal for the next week is to correct all these blood sugar spikings and stabalize it. It’s going to be hard for me, but it’s absolutely necesaary for me to get my health back on track. Failure is not an option! The first goal she set for me is 44 lbs in 15-22 weeks. Seems so unattainable to me now, but she thinks I can do it. I would still be about 15-20 lbs “overweight” at that point, but at least I wouldn’t be obeese anymore. It’s crazy to imagine how drastically different my whole life could be just 6 months from now!
There’s a lot on the horizon for 2011. I wish you all a very wonderful New Year!

Good morning! Really feeling those beers this morning, I must have lost count! Found myself waking up at my desk around 2 … I was chat crazy after last night’s show, just such a great looking setlist.
Can’t wait to see what happens tonight. Although, Rocky Balboa is on channel 11, never seen that one. Let’s not tell the folks in NY lest they become bummed out that they’ll miss it.
Actually I can’t do either one; I’m sitting in on my brother’s gig tonight. Should be pretty fun, long as I can get some sleep first.

Anyways, heading to Fat Heads Brewery tonight for some New Years Eve festivities.
A meal, two beers, a beer toast at midnight, an appetizer buffet, a dessert buffet… and some other things like a t-shirt. $30, hard to beat that. Plus a hotel tonight, because even though I’m gonna be loaded so I won’t be driving anyways… I’m scared to death to drive during the day because of the morons out there.
Plus, it is damn near 60 degrees on the shores of Lake Erie!!
Last year I sliced a bottle of champagne with a sword… lets see what happens this year!

I hope you all enjoyed yourselves safely lastnight 
Our evening was VERY low key. Drove 70 miles to Hickory after work to have dinner at a cafeteria with Holt’s parents and grandparents, visited with them for about an hour, and pulled back into our driveway by 11 where I immediately got in bed and fell fast asleep. I’ve raged so many NYE’s that I thoroughly enjoyed the change. Our neighbors were having a party (which we were invited to but declined) and shot fireworks off at midnight so I did wake up long enough to wish Holt a Happy New Year before falling back to sleep.
I just got a 6:30 wake up call from my daughter who is coming home today from a 5 day visit with her dad’s parents. She’s apparently woken up with flu-like symptoms and is beside herself that Mommy isn’t there, so she wants me to meet them half-way between here and Alabama. It kinda sucks because I had a lot of shit to take care of today since Holt’s parents are supposed to come to Asheville and stay with us tonight. No matter. I’d do anything to make my girl feel better. She sounded so pitiful on the phone. It broke my heart. So I will be leaving here in about an hour to drive 2.5 hrs to get her and then back home.
Guess I had better get moving.

i wish that i was staying in CLE tonight/getting there early tomorrow because i’ve never tailgated in the muni lot before.
we usually get into town about 11-11:30 and park in the garage on the corner of euclid and e 6th st. our tailgating consists of chugging beers in my car. have fun. where are your seats?
