Off to lunch. Have to say this has been one ugly painting experience. Lots of unplanned patches and fixes and the paint isn’t covering all that well, no matter what Home Depot claims.
Comparatively speaking, male cats have it pretty easy for recovery and such from being neutered. not too invasive of a procedure, super quick as well. Best wishes to your kitties for a fast recovery = )

It is cold as shit here in sunny Santa Monica folks. I suppose a brisk morning walk couldn’t kill me, though… don’t think I can handle the windchill factor on a bicycle. 
I plan on eating dinner by 5 being in bed by 7pm today. Copious amounts of ganja food shall assist me with that endeavor!

Looking forward to a little relaxation at work compared to the past three days that I’ve spent working on one stinking little bedroom, and I’m still not done. Have three pieces of molding to tack in, and the trim around the doors and windows has to be painted. And Marie wanted to know why the room hasn’t been painted in 20 years. Sheesh.

Short week for me though.
Heading down Friday to stay with friends from college in Louisville, KY.
And seeing RAILROAD EARTH.
So yeah, I got that going for me.
Good morning. First night in the house with just me and the cat last night. I decided, however, that instead of taking the depressing “I’m all alone” approach to this situation I’m gonna stick to the “I get to do whatever the fuck I want” approach 
As I really have no say in the matter, this frame of mind seems much more pleasant. Like blasting teh Phish until 11:00 last night, and additionally blasting teh Phish as I got ready and showered this morning.
Let’s get this week started right people…with coffee!

You crack me up man. What was the windchill, like 40ËšF, maybe? Although I suppose I understand why that would feel cold if you live in a place where it’s rarely even chilly. People get acclimated to the weather wherever they live, after all. But still, I bet if you put on like a light windbreaker, you could have a perfectly pleasant bike ride. I’m not trying to be condescending at all (as I’m sure you know), I just have a hard time considering anything above 20 degrees to be “cold as shit”.
When I am living in Fairbanks, I’m gonna buy you a plane ticket up in January, and we’re gonna go for a snowmachine ride out on the tundra. It’ll be plenty brisk for ya! 
Morning Pa. Am at an efficieny high lately. Guess my biorhythms must be in sync or something, but I seem to be moving effortlessly through all of my days lately, and accomplishing almost everything I undertake with little or no hassles. I’m walking the rice paper without ripping it, and I haven’t the slightest idea why.
Getting excited about two of my best college friends and their wives visiting us in two weeks. First time they’re staying with us in NJ. We’re all going to see David Bromberg at a local venue on the 18th, and I’m really into making it a great weekend for everyone.
Oops, the cat is sitting silently behind me, so I guess it’s time to get him some food. Have a great Tuesday.
