Good Morning Oh Kee Pa (Part 1)

^GREAT!

What a shitty Chicago morning…wtf spring? Hurry the hell up! Going to a flea market today…pretty exciting. :wtf:

Good morning!

I woke up exhausted … had a rehearsal in Boston, drove home … that late night drive can be rough. But it was a great rehearsal and a good time. Much less stressful than Thursday’s gig in RI … had a gig with my brother that was just all around difficult for me.

Today I drive back to Boston to play this gig in Jamaica Plain - pretty siked, bringing my kids for once! It’s a family fiesta thing they’re doing, mardi gras masks & dancing & stuff.

Happy Saturday doodz.

Mornin’ Pa!

Trey last night! Fun times, fun times…

Haven’t stayed up til 3am since the Berkeley shows. Still got a healthy amount of special coconut oil flowing through the blood. The boy is 16 now, so we had ourselves a kick-ass designated driver.

Ready for some greasy brekfast! BACON!!!

Rock it out, folkers.

^So I’m only 6.5 years away from a built-in DD? Hell’s yeah! I’m very much kidding since we never go out, but that’s cool that he’s old enough to do that for ya

Another quiet Sunday morning around here. Holt’s been at work since last Monday and Makenzie stayed with a friend lastnight.I haven’t really accomplished anything in my solitude.

I wanted to go for a run this morning, but it’s pouring outside and the Y doesn’t open until 1 on Sundays. It’s starting to slack off so maybe I can go soon…except I just ate, great. That’s a 2 hr delay. I haven’t run since Thursday and I really need to run at least 3 miles a couple of times before the 5k on Saturday. Maybe I will drive over to where it takes place and run the actual course in the rain, ha.

Other than that, Sunday is typically my get ready for the week day: cleaning, laundry, groceries, meal planning, etc. Will be throwing in an hour of Zumba at the Y at 2.

Cactus in 2 weeks and Springfest in 3!

Make it a great week and happy Sunday to all!

Rainy Sunday morning, would be a great day to just lie around and not really do much…But I’ve got the big R…responsibilities. What can you do? Gotta push through…82 days until tour.

^^He loves being the dd… I remember when I used to carry him home from shows.

G’morning, people! Make it a sweet one!

Good afternoon Pa. I should be finishing my dresser/closet organizing project, but how can I when I have so much catching up to do here? Just took my last sip of coffee, so maybe I’ll soon be motivated to get moving.

My overall well being has been compromised recenty, mainly by this lingering cold-like illness that has been hanging on for what feels like months. I have always had super immunity and generally never get anything more than one minor cold a year, if that, but this year I have had at least 3 or 4 colds, or one that just keeps coming and going. This past week, the sick really caught up to me. Exacerbated by, or exacerbating, some winter blues, I just barely got through with my sanity. I called in 2 days and trudged through the week in a daze. I am on an antibiotic now and using the power of positive self-persuasion to come out the other side. I’m on my way back up.

I wish you all at least ten times better throughout every day. I love the Pa.

Good morning peoples. Woke up this morning to find a hold on my credit card. Yeeeeeap…summer tour is beginning to take shape!

Two years today since Hampton. That was one of the funnest weekends I ever had at Phish. And here’s to meeting some of the OKP for the first time then as well!

Hank text’d me the other night extolling this past NYE Tweezer, and I responded by saying they’ve been playing a lot of great Tweezers since their return two years ago. And then I reflected how they’ve been playing a lot of great versions of songs since Hampton, so why is a good Tweezer a surprise?

Getting psyched already for June, and it’s still as much fun as ever.

btw, I’m just about done with working on our bedroom, and I have just about had it for ever putting a paint brush in my hand again.

Off to Philly tomorrow morning early for the annual Flower Show. I’m getting psyched for a Philly cheesesteak, which typically makes the whole trip worth it for me.

Gooooood morning.

Did not get any sleep this weekend.

Harumph.

RRE rocked.

As did a stop off in Columbus for a Thurman burger… drool.

Speaking of no sleep, I got less than four hours last night. Should make for a fun Monday :unamused:

Good morning dudes. Slept like a baby log. I was lights out at midnight, stayed in bed until the last minute. Feeling alright I figure.

Morning. Phish lotto loves me and it’s a good day!

Even better, my husband comes home today from a 7 day stretch at work and I’m so excited!! I think this new job is going to be AWESOME for our relationship because I missed him like crazy the last 3 or 4 days. If he’s not here, we can’t fight, plus it makes us more appreciative of the time we have together instead of bickering over trivial matters. I’m super pumped!

Have a great day, all!

Morning all…

No holds.

No Phish PT I summer 2011 tour for me. I am still going to attempt to get tickets for a few friends I said I would try for, so let me know if you still need them, please…

Hard weekend… Friday was good, UM in Minneapolis was teh bomb! Good people and great music!!
Wife was ill all weekend, getting better but meh, always saps some energy when the wife is ill, ya know?
Saturday was chill. Sunday I awoke to a broken furnace… Like 62 in here, which is not bad at all, but going to sleep in a 70 degree house, waking to that with a wind chill outside it was diseased… Well, 5 hours later, it was repaired and we should be ok…

Sunday afternoon was the annual fundraiser for TIP, Turn In Poachers… Basically anyone who kills our wildlife illegally or runs our natural habitat, we do not like them… Good turn out and I won the live auction for a great painting!!! I love the outdoor art!!!

Anywho, loves to all!

Well, good afternoon I suppose. Certainly not morning anymore. No fucking holds for me dammit. :problem: Maybe one will come through at the last minute, since I put in my request at the last minute. Who knows? Still hoping, and hoping is good, right?

It’s about 50 degrees out, partly cloudy, super nice weather for most people. I can’t say I don’t like this kinda weather, but to get a text from Katiemay this morning about her 18" of snow she got, well, I gotta say I wish there were 15 feet of snow on the ground. I really need to quit bitching about the weather, man. It can’t be good for me to always wish that it was doing something that it’s not gonna do. I need to just move, but I can’t do that until I finish my degree, so I’m kinda stuck with the shitty Southern weather.

Dude, that is awesome! I have been up to northern Minnesota before to a buddy’s house about halfway between Roosevelt and Baudette. Such a ridiculously beautiful area, and seeing deer and other assorted wildlife just cruising through the backyard is a very regular occurrence at his place. Lucky bastard. He gets some wicked big snows too. What a fantastic place to live. I would totally live up where he does if only there were mountains up there. I’m addicted to mountains.

Morning. Back to work today after a 4day weekend. Looking forward to it since Marie has had me working like a dog at home. She even decided to bag the flower show yesterday in order to but some things for the newly painted bedroom. She’s been a bit obsessed about this project, but I can’t say I blame her since we haven’t done anything to the room in 20 years. But she’s totally happy, and that’s what counts.

Got all three shows I ordered from PTBM, so life is good this morning. Hope everyone else gets to see the shows they want without too much hassle.

Good fucking morning indeed. Still pumped about all my awesome PTBM scores AND…AND…AND:

Oh yeah and it’s also my 6 year sobriety anniversary, but that’s far less important than Paczki’s. Go get you some!

Congrats Nugless!!! (wow, didn’t realize that name would have added meaning one day)

Morning!!!

Paczkis!!!

Got the real deal Holyfield up in dis biyatch!!!

Got some clients I’m taking out to hunt some upland birds tomorrow, so that will break the week up nicely.

Got the tix I put in for and they’re all pavs taboot!!

Got get Fat!!

Goodmorning all you hose masters!

Having a coffee already. Haven’t even showered … I have to roll to work asap, but wrapping up my morning routine here with a GMOKP.

Listening to this Irish song compilation I made to prepare for the upcoming gigs. Finnegan’s Wake is on right now. We do about ten of these tunes, they’re fun.
